Great banking experience

Walked in the door at 4: 55p on a Friday. I was greeted by Kyle Morris, he immediately understood the significance of my issue. he called people directly to get help. When he couldn't help. He handed it to Sarah Mae who also understood the severity of the issue and immediately contacted people via an internal computer program that could help. Everything was resolved within 10 minutes and they were both incredibly kind and effective!!!

First Tech is a credit union my family and I trust!! The staff is always kind and attentive without exception! Sarah Mae is one of my favorites, and I light up when I get to work with her! Banking is supposed to be boring, but she makes it fun and even exciting!! We highly value this branch!!

Working with Kyle Morris was a pleasure! He was very informative, very helpful and very patient with me. He answered all my questions, even if it took several times before I understood what he was telling me (I'm very tech challenged).
