Last month a representative changed my membership savings to a I believe a rewards savings, we forgot to do the automatic payment from my savings. She noticed right away but got it taken care of. Thanks again.

Customer First, without being weird about it
First Tech has always been about helping me first, and not trying to extract something out of me. My experience with their call centers and calling in to them has also been top notch: If something beneficial is available to me, they let me know, but I never feel like they're trying to sell me on something I don't want. Top notch

Great experience
We had the misfortune of being hacked and had to cancel and setup all new accounts in this ugly process. The silver lining to this mess was Queenie. She was patient, very knowledgeable, thorough and carefully explained every detail of the many changes we needed to make. Queenie then introduced us to Hashim. He is going to be our Premier Financial Representative. He got us all set up in a matter of minutes and now we have access to many new benefits.
We feel very fortunate to have both Queenie and Hashim to help us with all of our financial needs at First Tech.

Jose Flores - helped with MFA issue for login - issue with texting and calling - email working. He tried several ways to resolve issue, did deep dive and extended support. Not resolved, but feel like I was heard and issue is documented and reviewed thoroughly.

Exceptional customer services
We really appreciate that the customer service team at First Tech reached out to us and suggested that we look into the premier services which is now earning us a much better interest rate on our money! Hashim especially was very helpful in setting up an appt to meet with us prior to year end so that we could qualify for the extra APY boost. He was very pleasant, clearly explained the many advantages and incentives offered with the premier services, listened to us and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Thank you Hashim and Ana!

I've been with First Tech for over 30 years, just recently retired and was needing professional advise on how to consolidate all my accounts. I met with Hashim told him what I needed, he immediately had me meet with Jason who then setup an appt for me to meet with Chad. I was so impressed and grateful for how professional, knowledgeable and friendly all of them are. Thank you and I appreciate you. Wishing everyone a wonderful New Year 2026!
