Absolutely scammers very rude purchased full insurance online and they wanted €350 euros more for extra insurance after I purchased online never use them stay away they trick you they charge you less and try hitting you with extra insurance which over doubles your car money DO NOT USE STAY AWAY they left 9 of us with baby's stranded 1am in the morning THEIFS

First rent a car canceled the reservation the day before my arrival without explanation.
It has been impossible to get in contact with them.
They didn't answer the phone nor mails I sent to ask explanations or alternatives.
I had to find last minute alternative car rental with double price compared to the price I could get booking in advance.

A scratch on the side is not a crash, and I paid $100 for extra insurance. It does not give you the right to keep the deposit for traffic violations which is 300 Euro or $318. I demand my deposit as soon as possible.

Reserved a 9 seater online for 5 days, Picked up the car at Antalya air port. Put 2,200 Lira gas. Driving in Antalya was crazy. I want to return the van after few hours and asked if I can get refund. Said no refund for early returns and I said ok. Returned the van and lost $700 but they have not returned my $318.51 deposit. It is over a month. I asked for the deposit return and no answer. Basically losing $1018.

Everything was easy, car was really good one, economical with auto transmission.This agency is worth a hype by taking a car from.Money of frozen amount returns quickly after returning a car.Perfect place of renting a car in Turkey

Took the full insurance , number plate fell off the first day , car was old and had done 250000km yet they still charged me 40 euro for the plate . Full insurance doesn’t mean full insurance and after you pay all the extra they are more expensive than the more reputable companies .

You'll definitely feel that these guys are trying to scam you. They're very unprofessional. You'll realise this the moment you see them when they hand over the car. I travelled to Turkey (a place of so many scammers) and asked to have the car dropped off at the airport.

They wrote my debit card details on their form. On paper! Not stored securely digitally, no on paper. Anything can happen. And in fact something almost did happen today. I got called by scammers and I saw a charge attempt on my card. Thankfully I reported my card lost/stolen as soon as I left Turkey in case anything happen. Phew! Dodged a bullet.

I don't recommend them.
