Great customer service from Kelly Scanlon. She’s been absolutely lovely and so helpful from the start and to top it off, I’ve been given very competitive card transaction rates.

Thank you for sharing your experience, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment. I have looked at the notes on the system and can see that you had a VX675 which you were not happy with due to the connection in your area. It was agreed to change the machine to another terminal type on a new agreement as the issues you were facing were site issues. With the new agreement, your rates were also reviewed and lowered at the same time. The agreement was sent to you electronically to your email address which was then signed by you, we cannot start a new agreement without a signature from any merchant. I understand that you no longer need the machine, unfortunately cancellation charges will still be issued due to the remaining term left.

Don’t wait for years to swap your contract!
It has been such a long time since we’ve shopped around for a better deal on our shop card terminal machine. Matthew Fox Smith offered us a fabulous deal. He has been brilliant to deal with from the beginning to the end. We found him professional, helpful and attentive at every stage of our application.
First Payment helpline was also very helpful and pleasant to speak to.

A refreshing and pleasant sales experience
Having been bombarded by people who want to send someone round and waste an hour of your time with hard sell, Steve was the complete opposite. I explained how I liked to receive communication and Steve obliged accordingly - responded to my emails and detailed everything.
When it came down to 'making sure it was right' Steve had to double check something himself to ensure the info he had given was correct - so so different from other salespeople and such a refreshing change!
The actual amount being saved is neither here nor there - for me it was about giving my business to someone who genuinely wanted to help me. Would highly recommend them.
