There was no hard sell as I was shopping around when I spoke to her. She was able to offer great rates and a very supportive application process. The machine arrived and was very straight forward to set up with the help of the tech team who are available late into the evening with no long wait times. Very happy so far with the service.

Excellent service from Stephen Rowbotham, we moved to first payment merchant services initially for better rates (and they are significantly better than our previous provider) for our companies rapidly growing card payments. But we so far have got so much more besides, easy access and help in transfer process, a very supportive tech team. And within 10 minutes of the machines coming out of their box, they were being used by our staff to take payments. And Initial feedback from our shop floor is really positive as well.

We have just set up a new business and needed a card machine. A local business suggested using First Payment Merchant Services. Right from the first phone call with Kelly(Business Development Manager) we found the service provided to be helpful and friendly. Kelly explained in detail how the system worked and what charges were involved. The application forms were completed and signed in a matter of minutes with Kelly's help and guidance. We are now awaiting the arrival of our card machine and hopefully a successful adventure.

I’ve just swapped to first payments as prices were much better than previous company. Stephen Rowbotham was very easy to deal with, from quoting prices to getting us up and running.

Only just signed up and received my card payment machine so it's super early days, kelly Scanlon made to process very swift and easy to deal with and seemed very knowledgeable in regards to the products etc.
My only criticism is once uv signed to set things in motion your tied into ur contract with NO cooling off period.
Would have been helpful to have been given all info as soon as possible in regards to log in details to view ur account etc, feel like av been bugging kelly with emails basically asking what happens next etc.

Spoken to customer services this morning, who were very helpful, so new temporary terminal should be with us Wednesday. So will review again once new terminal arrives

Ok it's early days but the service to get a quote and all (lots of) questions answered to the point of signing up was all superb thanks to Kelly. The terminal then arrived quickly, was easy to set up and is better than our last one. Finally, our first bill shows that everything they quoted is accurate and they were my most competitive quote.
