Great quality wood and good customer service,was disappointing they didn't have the free 24 heat logs deal on this year though.

Bought bulk net Larch.
Not many options for quality logs at a good price in my area. Came across FE willing to deliver the above foc. Arrived on time, delivery driver extremely helpful, nothing was a problem. My new go to for all my logs in the future.

We have been using this coy regularly and have always found the service and the wood to be top quality. However on this occasion the wood appears unseasoned and is burning uncontrollably in our stove. We are so disappointed

“Wrapped logs” Arrived on correct date
Arrived on correct date. Loved the “wrapped” logs which made it much easier for me to stack them at my leisure - no rushing to get them under cover before bad weather. Despite a tight squeeze the driver managed to get the job done - just as the snow started! Many thanks.

The wood is excellent
The wood is excellent, and the communication and efforts of the company when my order was delayed was really good. I know it was out of the company's hands, but the delay to my order was a little costly in having to buy small bags of wood during the coldest spell so far this year to keep me going. The courier was friendly and helpful when it did eventually arrive, but if i do order again, I hope it might be a speedier delivery process.
