Good company to buy from
I was able to actually talk with owner or employee who helped me order the particular items my planed installation required. Ordered items came on time and in good condition . Items were also of good quality. I wish company could also provide installation instructions. Not everyone does these installations often.

I had a question on a liner kit. Bill answered very quickly and was very courteous. He told me "order the 7 inch, we'll know". I was taken a back, as you don't see that kind of response/service anymore. I greatly appreciated that.

Terrible Customer Service
The owner Bill Webster emailed me after I inquired about shipping date. He was unhelpful rude and dismissive. I canceled my order. I'd rather wait longer with someone else than reward a company that has no value for their customers with money.

If it isn't shipping now, I will cancel my order and find someone who can ship immediately" This was 2 days after you ordered. It is very clearly written on the order page we are 7-10 working days out for the pre-insulated liner kit. Good luck.

Good quality, great service
The customer service was great. They knew exactly how to answer my questions and I made the purchase with Confidence. The product was easy to assemble and install. They included EVERYTHING I needed, including extra screws! The quality is excellent.

Outstanding shipping and product. Liner ends were cut perfect and wrapped to prevent cuts. Shape was retained and pipe slipped into adaptors with no effort at all saving time AND blood. Fireside Chimney is my new go-to supply house.
