They used to come adhesive…

They used to come with a nice adhesive to secure & this order did not have any. Disappointed. Also, the round caps had very large tops, don’t think they will fit properly on the job I ordered them for.

I ordered two custom sized multi flue chimney caps on a Thursday and receive them the following Tuesday. They were easy to assemble in very good quality. I was extremely happy with the whole process of

Great service over the phone

Great service over the phone. I had two vertically cracked clay tiles in my chimney and wanted a quick and long last way to fix them. Talked with a great sales rep that knew his stuff and even called back on a saturday after I left a message with a measurement I initially forgot to take. Package came quickly, 2-3 business days with all the fittings that were recommended. Install seemed to go great with no issues from the installer. Overall a great experience and I would recommend to any looking for a stainless steel chimney linear!
