A great beginning
Nick was quite patient with my questions - your entity was highly recommended by a good friend that had purchased a fire pit unit in mid ‘22 - Nick also listened quite well to my inquiries and educated me too

Disappointed with 120 inch wind guard
Disappointed with 120 inch wind guard. The long panels do not come with any mid support despite length. I needed to purchase some (feet not sold separately) at $168 for eight. I did not feel comfortable with long glass panels without mid support. This is a poor design that can easily be corrected. Even my 42 inch square panel came with mid support feet and cost about what I paid for the additional feet. Contacted sales via email and offered no help. Plan on additional cost for piece of mind. Hopefully someone will reach out to me to offer a partial refund for the top connectors that I will not use. Hopefully they will just include them in future shipments.

Good afternoon Harvey,
Thank you for the feedback, and we have requested some information through email from you as well as some photos of what you received so that we can assist. Each long side of your wind guard should consist of 3 panels total. Please reply to our request so that we may be of assistance to you.
Best,

Hi Jim,
Thank you for sharing the feedback, we appreciate opportunities for improvement.
We apologize for any confusion the shipping may have caused. I show there were four shipments, two on the 14th, one 15th, and the last on the 17th. Each email with has a link to the shipment tracking in addition to the carrier and service as well as the individual items in that shipment.
If these emails were not received or sorted to a junk folder, please let us know and we can get your information updated if needed.
We will be happy to address any further questions or concerns directly.

Joel
