Excellent service, especially (from Gemma, who is exceptional). Got everything done easily and efficiently and were very competitive in their rates and overall costs involved. A few small surprises here and there (probably more to me not reading everything!), but nothing one did not already plan for. Really good service and would happily both recommend and use them again.

Louise has kept us updated at frequent intervals and has been tenacious in chasing up the solicitors involved to ensure our paperwork was kept on track and we achieved the completion date we needed. Joshua Donnelly has been simply amazing. I have been working with Josh for the past 5 weeks to secure bridging finance to purchase a property. At all times Josh has completely explained everything clearly and precisely enabling me to completely understand the process every step of the way. I gave him a deadline of when the funds were needed and he absolutely helped to ensure that the process ran smoothly with phone calls and emails that were required. Today the loan has been approved ready for the funds to be available on the date required and as specified. I could not recommend Josh highly enough and if you are looking for finance I would have no hesitation in recommending him 100%. Thank you so much Josh, we got there eventually.

Couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. I have been working with Josh Donnelly on a bridging loan to cover the purchase of a barn. As everyone knows, financing a barn or something which can't yet be lived in is very tricky.

After contacting a few brokers and having a few phone calls, Josh was able to provide me with not only the best deal but his confidence filled me with hope for pulling the loan off. I have had mixed experiences when it comes to finance and mortgages are never straight forward. But dealing with Finspace and Josh made me feel like I had someone on my side for once.

Josh was always chasing up the lender and reporting back to me before it cropt up in my head. I have spent countless hours on the phones to brokers and banks in the past, chasing mortgage applications and stressing as to whether the finance will come through. Josh puts all your concerns to rest and really makes the whole process a doddle.

I was looking to take out a bridging loan to cover a property purchase and Finspace delivered on this. The service provided by my financial consultant, Josh Donnelly was excellent. He kept me well-informed and chased up the process and my queries as they arose. The process took longer than I had hoped, but this arose from delays in the lender's legal machinery.

We have had 1 commercial bridge though them and have just completed a refinance and will also be completing another bridge in the next two weeks! Lots of work but nothing anything and the Finspace guys can’t handle!!
