Really excellent. I've worked with Finspace twice now (Liam, Joshua and Cagla). From start to finish their communication, promptness and experience has been second to none. I would highly recommend and definitely work with again!

Finspace is a five start firm in mortgages. I have been using them for various needs over the past five years. I had a bridging finance approved in 2 weeks recently which was so quick given the current market conditions. Liam and his team managed this with lighting speed and efficiency to get this over the line. I would highly recommend Finspace for both bridging and term loan needs.
