Manoj has been absolutely brilliant in sourcing the bridging finance to get us the best deal and getting us over the line. His knowledge and professionalism has been first class. His straight talking made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do. Cagla provided all the administrative support in a very efficient manner to ensure the solicitors and lender plus myself were providing all the information required. I recently used FinSpace for a bridging deal that had a very tight deadline to complete and lots of moving parts.

My broker Edward Thackeray was an absolute star.
Firstly, he brokered a deal which other providers failed to, despite having the same information. He went above and beyond to get everything over the line by the rigidly imposed deadline. I dare to say, even covering points that my solicitor should have. Edward was across comms with all parties, ensuring everyone remained updated and aligned towards the goal.

Spotting potential issues before they arose and finding solutions to any problems prevented an already stressful situation from feeling worse than it needed to.

Edward worked tirelessly and remained calm and level headed throughout. He was instrumental in the successful completion and I can't thank him enough for all of his hard work and effort.

I would, without hesitation recommended the company for any bridging services and will be using Edward again for my next upcoming refinance.

We applied for a loan to make an extension, Liam Holohan dealt with our application, we are more than happy with the service received. Liam was in constant contact with us and explained every detail so all out questions were answered before asking.

A big thankyou to FinSpace Group for completing on a bridging loan to purchase an auction property. All the way through Cagla was just amazing , so responsive and kept me updated several times a day, coordinated it so well and showed compassion throughout . It was a little rocky due to the lender reducing the finance available at the last minute , but Manoj managed to find an alternative lender to make up the short fall and that bridging loan took 8 days from start to completion !!! absolutely amazing work.. would highly recommend, massive thankyou to Cagla and Manoj

Damien is a miracle worker.
We had been let down with a previous broker and had already initiated work we needed doing that required funding.
A real grafter and went the extra mile for me constantly. Managed to get the deal over the line even in the face of some sketchy surveyors that seemed to want to work against us. I couldn’t recommend the bloke enough and Fin Space.

The team at FinSpace really helped me out again. They work together as a team and with the funders and solicitors in a very slick fashion. I had a very tight deadline and they went all out to meet that, for which I am very grateful! As soon as I have the next project lined up I will be back in touch with Liam & Gemma.
