I had a double sixpence gold necklace my husband had bought me about ten years ago, it wasn’t stupidly expensive but it is nice and its sentimental to me. I was worried with the pattern on the sixpence it may not be easy to replate in rose gold (to match my wedding rings). I emailed finematter to ask. My email was replied to super quick and was very reassuring. I sent off my necklace and it was returned a few days later. It’s brought my necklace back to life, it matches my other jewellery now and I’m so pleased with the finish.

speedy and excellent service, I sent my rings off on a Tuesday afternoon and they arrived Thursday morning replated, they look brand new, absolutely obsessed!

Not only selling the product without VAT/ sales taxes, customs and duties charges, the customer representative (Siobhan, Alex) kept me posted about the order, delivery and any problems until the item arrived to me safely. Very satisfied with their service and I would love to come back for another item in the future.

I am so so happy with a necklace that Finematter replated in white gold for me. The originally gold necklace was my mums, who passed away a little while ago. She wore it her whole life and I really wanted to wear it, but don't wear gold. It looks so beautiful and brand new. Fantastic customer service who dealt with my endless questions with so much patience! Turnaround was less than a week.

I still can’t quite believe the swift turnaround I had from Finematter! Once I dropped my item off at the neighborhood courier collection point, I was kept advised of progress. In the end, my item was received day 1, re-plated day 2 and was back with me on day 3.
The necklace was gleaming and looked lovely. I hope the plating lasts but for now I am very impressed with the service

I was nervous to send an important piece away, but they did an amazing job gold plating a silver and doom and necklace for me!

I was looking for somewhere to have a gold-plated silver bracelet restored, as the gold plating had rubbed off over time leaving it neither gold nor silver. I found Finematter on Google and they seemed to offer exactly what I needed, so I decided to give them a try. They made the whole process really easy, from the initial request through to sending them the piece of jewellery. They also did a fantastic job with the re-plating, my bracelet looks like new and I wear it all the time now! Will definitely be using them again in the future, and recommending them to friends too.
