No problem at all. Good contact. Quick and free evaluation of the possibilities and the price. Maybe not cheap service, but quality, really high. I raised the problem on Monday, on next Monday the HDD with recovered data was back at my home. I recommend.

Hey. The overall experience was ok. I got all my data safely. Got a good price and an extra hard-drive for free, which was quite cool.

The problem was the deliveries with DHL and customs. I didn't really understand who's responsible for the payments and management of my parcel. I got tons of emails from DHL when the parcel was going back to my country. And at the time the main person who was responsible to deal with my case was absent and unreachable. That made me stress a bit. No body was answering my calls for a week or two. I just got emails in my native language that were translated with AI. I honestly wasn't sure if I was being scammed or not :) But maybe I am bit overactive and maybe It's stressing to deal only online and via phone calls with something that is so dear to you. At the start I tough that there's an office in my country and that I can deal with FDR face to face. I send it anyway...

But overall I got what I needed. The price was fair although I had an impression at the start that they're checking on me willing to pay more. When I got the quote range it was totally different than the one on the website. So I felt a bit of an awkward feeling.

My data was recovered, this is the most important thing. But it took ages. So if you need a quick recovery I cannot recommend Fields Data Recovery. There is also a lot to do with the communication - I was not informed I needed a special 7zip file archiver to unpack the zipped data, so it took another days to get to know it. It helped a bit I speak English so I could write to the company bypassing their office in Poland, but not everybody has got this privilege
