Beware! Signed up for a “free trial” and they charged me £71 without my consent.

Be very careful with Studio AI / Creative Fabrica. I signed up thinking it was a free trial, and I was charged €72.45 almost immediately without anything clearly explaining that a paid subscription had started.
This feels really misleading. There was no proper warning that I would be billed right away and it’s very easy to end up paying without realising it.
I’ve contacted support to request a refund, but it didnt work so far.

1 star is too much for the service they provide.

They are a total SCAM, if you signup for a free trial, automatically leads to a "Get 60,000 Credits" button which immediately locks you in to an annual plan - before you've even tried the product. Please avoid them because the service they provide is subpar, and their deceitful and scammy practices will make sure that they will get your money.
Also if you complain to Paypal, they will side with them, making them a LEGIT SCAM!
Shame on them and shame on Paypal.

Je me suis inscrit à une offre d’essai (“trial”) en pensant pouvoir tester le service avant de décider de continuer ou non. Malheureusement, l’annulation est extrêmement compliquée : aucun bouton clair pour résilier l’abonnement, interface ambiguë, et prélèvement effectué automatiquement sans véritable avertissement visible.

Après plusieurs recherches dans le compte et différentes tentatives de contact avec le support, je n’ai obtenu aucune aide concrète. Les réponses reçues semblaient surtout destinées à gagner du temps ou à demander à nouveau des informations déjà fournies.

Le plus problématique reste le manque de transparence concernant le renouvellement automatique et la difficulté à gérer son abonnement. Ce type de pratique inspire très peu confiance, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit d’un abonnement annuel à un montant conséquent.

Je déconseille fortement ce service aux personnes qui souhaitent simplement tester la plateforme sans risque. Vérifiez bien chaque étape avant de renseigner vos moyens de paiement.

Total SCAM, if you signup for a free trial, it will immediately charge you 71 euros, and there's no option to unsubscribe. Luckily I freeze and blocked them in my bank, and my card was a virtual card, so these SCAMs didn't managed to steal from me.

Don't use such a crappy and scam product.

⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE - DECEPTIVE FREE TRIAL ⚠️

I signed up for Studio AI believing it was a FREE plan. At no point was I clearly informed that my card would be automatically charged. Without any confirmation screen or prior notice, I was charged 617.36 BOB (approximately $59.88 USD) for an annual subscription I never consciously authorized.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted support via email and through the platform's official form requesting cancellation and a full refund. So far I have received NO satisfactory response.

I also contacted my bank, but they informed me that since this is a foreign platform, the refund must be handled directly by Creative Fabrica — which makes their silence even more unacceptable.

This practice of converting a 'free trial' into a paid subscription without clear confirmation is deceptive and abusive. This is not an isolated case — there are dozens of users here on Trustpilot with the exact same experience.

I demand an immediate response and a full refund of the 617.36 BOB charged without my authorization.

I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial and entered my bank details as part of the signup process. After that, I was shown a large banner saying “Welcome” and prompting me to “claim your free credit now.” There was no clear warning that clicking this would immediately charge me.

I was then charged over £70, which I did not knowingly authorise. The process was misleading and designed in a way that could easily make customers think they are claiming free trial credit, when in reality they may be charged.

I contacted customer support and asked for a refund, but they refused based on their refund policy. I have screenshots of the signup process and the misleading banner.

Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be careful before entering any bank details or clicking anything on this website. I personally feel this was a scam-like and misleading experience.

Even after they charged me they still asking to register for free trail which it doesn't make sense and this shows how the scamming customers.

Update

While a refund has been issued, I believe it is important to maintain my review to highlight the misleading nature of their practices and the negative impact on customer experience. They should explicitly state that selecting the credit offer will result in a full charge. Also for the stress and time expended in resolving this issue with my payment provider and their team were significant.

Guys, I have to warn you NOT to sign up with these SCAMMERS! I just registered with their service a month ago, promising a free trial, which I did not USE. A month later, specifically yesterday, 5/4/2026, I got a charge on my bank account, and $47 was missing in my bank account. After reaching out to them, the send me an email indicating I'm eligible for a refund and they provided a link that does not work.
Then later they sent another email that the matter is under dispute and they will be responding to the dispute as per the process outlined by the payment provider.
TOTAL SCAM NOT WORTH PUTTING YOUR DETAILS!!

Estafa. No os hagáis una cuenta aquí. Accedí a una prueba gratuita, que además no te aclara si es un año o un mes. Accedí a un maquetador 3D que pensaba entraba en la prueba gratuita, pero, para mi sorpresa, no. Me han cobrado 56€ por usarlo 3 veces. Es un timo. Hablas con ellos y te dicen que como has usado mucho (3 veces el maquetador, ya ves) no me pueden devolver el dinero. Por si fuera poco, el maquetador funcionaba mal.

Os recomiendo fuertemente no haceros una cuenta aquí ni meter una tarjeta de crédito ni nada. No te devolverán el dinero. Son unos estafadores.

SCAM - Free trial that charges you 72€ immediately
I signed up for a 30-day free trial displayed at €0.00. After entering my payment method, a popup saying "Claim your reward" appeared and I was immediately charged €71.86 with no clear warning.
The cancel button is not accessible because the subscription stays stuck on "Activating" status. Their refund link doesn't work either.
I had to open a PayPal dispute to hopefully get my money back. Stay away!

I had a terrible experience with this site. I signed up for a $0.00 trial, and within 5 minutes, they charged me $59.88 for a yearly subscription without any confirmation screen. Later, a single click on their confusing interface triggered another unauthorized charge of $49.99 for coins.

This site uses "Dark Patterns" and predatory billing tactics. When I complained, they initially gave me an automated refusal. It was only after I threatened a chargeback with Capital One and provided evidence of their deceptive UI that they finally refunded me. As soon as they refunded the money, they deleted my account and all my progress.

The AI tools might be good, but their business ethics are non-existent. If you fell into this trap, contact your bank immediately and file a dispute. Don't let them keep your money!

This website falsely advertisers their free trial period for their Studio AI, by adding a box showing ' free trial for $0.00' once you click onto it a pop up window comes up with your name a payment option and the amount charged to try the free trial, they outline twice on that popup window 'you can cancel anytime' once you accept thinking you are entering a free trial and won't be charged in that period, you are charged straight away without your concent and you have entered into a yearly subscription in $60 USD that's $90 AUD. Once I noticed the charge I tried to cancel the subscription couldn't find where it was located and then put a dispute through with PayPal, absolutely scammed. Through message exchanges they are saying my subscription does not validate a refund by their policy but I didn't agree to subscription so how can that be legal.

Absolutely horrible.
Every illustration takes at least 5 attempts to be barely acceptable. Videos with voiceover are unusable because the voice creates words that don't exist.
And even though you pay to use the platform, you have a very limited use of it before you MUST purchase extra credits ALL THE TIME, because you have wasted so much time and energy to get the final work to a decent quality or into something that can be scavenged and used somehow.
Such a big mistake! Avoid at all costs.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Creative Fabrica Studio AI.

I found their website through Google and saw a “$0.00 free trial” offer. I only added my card to test the service, with no intention of purchasing anything.

After adding my card, I was redirected to a page showing a large number of coins (around 620,000). I created a few videos just to explore the platform. At no point did I clearly agree to purchase a paid subscription.

However, shortly after, I was unexpectedly charged $59.88 from my Visa card. There was no clear payment confirmation step or explicit consent before this charge.

To make matters worse:

* Two subscriptions were activated on my account
* The subscriptions were in “activating” status, so I couldn’t cancel them
* I was unable to remove my payment method

When I contacted support, they repeatedly claimed they could not find my subscription, even though I provided:

* Account ID
* Subscription IDs
* Order ID
* Screenshots and invoice proof

After multiple emails, they finally responded saying that I “accepted a promotional offer” which skipped the trial and triggered the charge. This was not clearly communicated during the process and is highly misleading.

They also refused to issue a refund, claiming that I had used coins — even though I only used the platform briefly to test it.

Because of this, I had to contact my bank and file a dispute. My card had to be permanently blocked due to this issue.

This experience feels like a misleading “free trial” trap that leads to immediate charges without clear user consent.

I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when adding payment details on this platform.

I was unexpectedly charged £71 after claiming coins, which I believed was part of a trial. The subscription terms were not clear to me at the time, and the charge came as a shock.
