Fidelity Life Is Supportive

They answered all my questioms and made it easy to apply. I liked all the benefits and low cost monthly. I choose Fidelity life for security and for its support in the present and future. They also have a portal for me to view my information and let me know how I could get coverage.

Choose another company that has more.

Choose another company that has more customizable option for your needs. The agent I spoke to had an attitude when I was the one with the questions so I will be joining another company. Bye

A Great Experience

Our representative Brian was very patient,knowledgeable and helpful during the entire inquiry to application process.

He kept us updated on the status of the application throughout the process.
Brian was a very professional, amicable and helpful representative/director.

Great, relaxing experience

My experience was completely comfortable, most informative, professional. The best I had while shopping for coverage.
Speaking with Mr Trevoy Pointer, Sr., Account Executive, put me at ease. He was most helpful in selecting a policy to suit my purpose and my budget.

This organization is operating under…

This organization is operating under fraudulent practices. I requested a refund of my policy because you suddenly decided you were going to charge my account quarterly which did not fit my way of paying my bills. So I canceled. And now you’re telling me you cannot refund my money. I have you ample time to cancel it and I have yet to receive a refund.

Easy Going

Great experience as they knew what I needed. They answered all my questions. It was so easy to get it done for me. I should have done it a long time ago and then worried about not having done it sooner. Now I don't need to worry.
