I've been trying to get them to change…

I've been trying to get them to change my contingent beneficiaries for weeks from one person @100% to two people@50/50%. They sent one page with the same one person as the contingent with no % appropriated. When I finally got through their painful phone tree to speak to a LIVE person, she informed me they would be sending a second page with the other person's name on a separate page.

Still waiting after weeks for that second page to show up in my mailbox.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT YOUR WISHES HONORED.

JOSHUA MYERS is by far the Most Amazing insurance agent I have ever came across. He is very knowledgeable, patient, professional and kind as he helps you navigate through the process. I was set on whole life insurance but Mr. Myers provided insight into alternative options to help me make an informed decision for the best needs of my family.
