Ffern sells an experience, not just a perfume. Nature and subtle notes combine in a song of senses. I enjoy receiving the box, actually I am very impatient about the delivery, and cannot wait to open it. I love the little surprises inside, the film tickets, the drawings and the teracota difusers. I then get to the perfume and the first spray fills the air with nature goodness. Thanks Ffern for this amazing creation.

A friend introduced me to Ffern having smelt the perfume on her. It surpassed my expectations. The most fabulous fragrances (I've had Winter & Spring so far). Every time I wear it I am complemented on my smell!

I’ve been using the spring scent for a month now, it’s my second bottle from Ffern. I really enjoy everything about this subscription, it’s such great quality and intention behind the notes and ingredients. I wear it every day and can’t wait for the next season!

Ffern is so much more than a perfume house. The perfumes are divine, natural, transparent supply chain, 100% non-plastic packaging. Each season made with love and thought and attention. The customer service is top-notch and with each quarterly delivery there are are additional treats and surprises. And then there's the monthly podcast. When economising each year, this is the treat I work around because of the joy it brings me.

I love Ffern, I love the packaging and special moments they create for the unboxing which makes the entire product into an experience. I love testing the fragrance and being able to return the full bottle if the fragrance isn’t suited to me. The current Spring 2026 fragrance is my favourite yet. I have extremely sensitive skin and it reacts to virtually everything which makes finding a perfume difficult, but this is so natural and light, it doesn’t affect me at all. I love it!

Beautifully presented, unique fragrances that always get compliments when worn and great customer service. If you’re undecided- just give it a go as the returns process is so easy, if you don’t like the sample. I really look forward to getting my delivery of Ffern. The whole process is so tastefully done- nothing mass manufactured here- just a box and bottle of pure joy, every quarter.

Helpful and exactly the customer service I needed!

I received my first fragrance and Spring '26 to me just smelt like Lemony disinfectant/kitchen cleaner. So I returned it unopened and to be fair they have processed my refund. But I would say buyer beware as it was very difficult to leave the ledger, despite it being April and way before June/Summer'26. You have to go through numerous screens, they try and retain you and on the final page you are able to exit, but even at this stage it is not obvious. These dubious tactics and other reviewers experience along with not really liking the fragrance, has caused me to leave. Beautifully packaged but I would rather the emphasis was on great fragrance and customer service than marketing.

An amazing, ethical and principled company that puts what matters at the forefront. They are not only humane but very human in all they do and this, in today's modern world, is so refreshing and heartwarming. They make you feel like family.

I bought the Spring 2026 edition and found it pleasant. It is more towards the woody scent of petitgrain to me. I am very sensitive to artificial scents, and Ffern is natural and it does not bother me at all. I was able to use it both as a perfume and a room spray. It uplifted a room as I walked in. All it takes is one pump and the cost is reasonable considering the number of uses. I also sprayed it on my clothes and hair.

I was intrigued by the process for acquiring the latest scent from Ffern, as I always tend to gravitate towards the unconventional... and I wasn't disappointed! The Spring 2026 release is absolutely gorgeous, and I was delighted by all the other little treasures included in the parcel.

This is a sophisticated scent, and over time different notes are released as I go about my day. I also love that Ffern's fragrances are organic (vs synthetic), and its packaging is all recycled and environmentally friendly.

Originally I thought I would try one fragrance just to see what it was about and go my merry way, but I now look forward to next season's release with great anticipation!

The fragrance is light and natural. I'm still learning how to pick up the notes. It seems like Spring. Loving it. An addictive smell.

I have been a member of over a year, i find the fragances do smell very much of the seasons so if you are aligned to one particular season this may not be for you. But trying to live with each season i really love the fragances i feel like they dont last as long as other fragances so if you are out all day and dont like carrying a bottle this could be a draw back

She was very helpful. I did overcome my difficulty with the atomizer not spraying. There is some kind of defect but I have learned a certain way to press it to make it work.
