Spring 26 is quite lovely
Spring 26 is quite lovely. It is wild, vibrant and feminine. Scents always transform with your body chemistry and this one has become my walk amongst the wildflowers.

This perfume is amazing
This perfume is amazing. It smells light and natural and just feels good 🥰. I love the packaging- no plastic in sight and everything about it is whimsical and feels like what perfume should be, and absolutely not a cheap synthetic endocrine disruptor. I signed up for the seasonal auto ship, and I'm really excited to see what the summer scent is!
I like the tiny sample bottle that's included to make sure you like the scent before you open the box itself. I gave that to my niece and she is also obsessed with this perfume now, apologies to my brother 😂

I absolutely love the perfumes from Ffern
I absolutely love the perfumes from Ffern.
I've had 5 so far and I love them all, they're all really different to each other too which means between them all I now wear them daily.
The customer support has been excellent too, I had a problem with one of the bottles and they were so quick and polite in their response.
I really look forward to each new offering and all the lovely little gifts that accompany the perfume.

Slow, overpriced, marketing hype
Communication was slow. Multiple hoops to jump through. Product is not worth its money - Its really just a clever marketing scheme with fancy names for things to make it seem exclusive. Shipping was very slow (slow to dispatch order, slow to send updates, slow to send tracking information). Returns process is awkward, and refunds take ages to action.
Case and point: replied to this in 4 hours, but took 3 days to respond to my email and 5 days to despatch an item they had sitting in stock (when I joined the ledger there was stock left order "ready to ship") and only replied about the speed of the courier and not their dispatch and updates! Courier was quick, no complaints there

With regards to our ledger, It's not a marketing tactic but rather the foundation of Ffern - we make fragrance in small batches as a one-off, helping us to reduce waste and plan our production, as well as encouraging wearers to live in the seasonal moment.
Once handed over to our courier, parcels are usually delivered in a timely manner, but of course sometimes there are delays that are out of our control - so we apologise if this was the case with your bottle.
I have requested some more information from you regarding this via Trustpilot so we can investigate this further.

Great customer service
The customer service team was very polite, considerate, and speedy with their assistance.
I would however, recommend that they confirm their winners' willingness to pay once they have won a draw, and not process the payment immediately. The issue was sorted very smoothly, but there is still room to avoid such an issue in the first place :D

Ffern is more than fragrance, it's a part of my daily life routine
Ffern is a part of my daily routine. It's something I look forward to like my morning cup of coffee - I don't want to live without it.
99% of the big brand fragrances give me a headache almost immediately. I always regret spritzing to try a new big brand and run to the rest room to wash it off as soon as I can.
Ffern is the 1% difference that works for me 100% of the time. The fragrances work with my body chemistry and not against it.
I love how each season there's a new story and scent. I love how they list the ingredients and the story of why they "macerate" them together.
It's more than a fragrance, it's life itself!
I'm a fan and highly recommend everyone try it out. Join the ledger and receive wonderful opportunities to try a season. If a particular season doesn't work for you, you send it back and keep the sample.
I also like how they sometimes offer backseasons - so that when you run out of your fave, you can restock.

I was blown away by my delivery today to my home in Spain .
For the first time in ten years of living here, I felt nostalgic for the British countryside in Spring.
The perfume is so subtle , I just love it , but the care and attention to detail of the packaging just blew me away .
The whole Ffern experience exceeded my expectations tenfold .

Spring 2026 – Fresh, Citrusy, and a Little Bit Wild
I really enjoyed this scent overall — it’s fresh and citrusy with a nice bit of depth.
The notes that stood out to me were the elemi, which adds a lovely forest-like freshness, the citrus for brightness, and the valerian root for a subtle bit of funk that makes it feel more grounded and natural.
It met my expectations, mostly because I went in not really knowing what to expect! I did notice it didn’t last very long on my skin.
While I didn’t like it quite as much as Winter 2026, I still found this one very enjoyable — fresh, slightly warm, and easy to wear.

It’s lovely to know the elemi, citrus and valerian each stood out in their own way, that's what we love about the natural ingredients, they are so different for each person!
Thank you for the feedback on longevity. Because we use natural fragrance ingredients, our fragrances tend to be different from wearer to wearer. As a general rule, if you are used to fragrances that use a lot of synthetic ingredients (most do!) you will likely find Ffern quite subtle to begin with. It really is worth persevering, as we find the subtle evolution through the day of our natural ingredients is really quite special, and can’t be matched by synthetics!

Nice product
Nice product. I appreciate that it’s organic and packaging is all recyclable. Good communication. Perhaps a bit over marketed with the “waitlist”/raffle to get on the customer list. Unless you over apply the product you can’t get through one bottle before the next arrives.
