Hello,
Many thanks for your review.
We can see that you made a freight booking in September and there was a lot of communication from the freight department regarding this crossing. The final outcome appeared to be that you did actually managed to travel on one crossing and we refunded the other. That seemed to conclude the matter however if you have any other issues please do advise us.
Best regards

First time booking!

This is the first time I have booked through Ferryonline and it was a very pleasant experience! All the possibilities to cross the Channel in one place and in ascending order of price - very helpful :o)

Hello
Many thanks for taking the time to send us this review.
We checked the notes on your booking and can see that you originally made the booking on 9th August for £70. You then changed the date of this on 14th August and brought your return date forward, this incurred an additional charge of £40. Hopefully that explains the increase to £110.
If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards

Hello
Many thanks for taking the time to send us this review.
We do try to make it very clear what dates and times you have selected to travel by detailing these on a number of screens during the booking process. We are sorry if you missed these, but can see that you did try to amend your booking through your account and there is an easy way to contact us there via the messaging service. If we can help you further please let us know.
Best regards

We feel we were miss lead by the price

We feel we were miss lead by the price. The price given here is for economy which is the same on Stena Lines Site. WE would prefer to travel flexi which gives the option for multiple changes without extra changes.

With Ferry on Line ticket every change will cost us €30 Euro which may cost us a lot more than the Flexi ticket HMMMMMMMMMM
