FatChimp Forces Wear & Gifts Arvostelua

I ordered a putter head cover from this outfit. Other than being condescending, unprofessional and tardy the owner has no understanding of how to run a business. Communication is almost non existent and language used towards a partially sighted veteran is inconsiderate at best. I had also ordered something from his sister company which I cancelled when I found it was owned by the same person. He refuses to answer emails and has left me with no alternative other than contacting them consumer ombudsman. Avoid at all costs

Update: as previously mentioned it’s the order from your sister company that you refused to communicate with me about. It’s interesting that after the 15 emails you have ignored, you finally answered and actioned the refund only after a negative review and being reported to my credit card company. The customer service is terrible and the company seems to be a hobby so don’t expect any form of professionalism.

Update: the trust review was written at 17:49 today and the refund was actioned today at 18:22 today not days ago as you claim. If you had answered the original cancellation email on the 20th October then none of this would be written. It’s hilarious that the only way to get you to respond is a negative review on trustpilot

As has always been the case when ordering from Fat Chimp, the transactions recently made were drama free concluding in excellent products. Their communication was first class and very reassuring.

The entire transaction resulting in my sporting new regimental coats.

Many thanks!

After placing an order earlier this year ex Regiment Members asked where the shirts came from. I was asked to see if more could be made.
A fantastic response from Fat Chimp and shirts were all received today.
Good quality at a great price.

Hoodie arrived quickly, as described good quality. Would buy from this company again.

Well made apparel that I always receive compliments on.

The badge was meant to be RMP “ always a monkey” but the badge was a Union Flag
Every else was great - but detail missing this time - last shirt I bought was great hence the second one -
