My order was processed and despatched promptly. I was kept informed of every aspect of my order. The quality of my purchase was excellent.

My product was delivered on time and the quality is very good

Very fast delivery right product

Excellent product

Professional, a good quality garment and sent on time keeping me informed at each step.

As a previous customer all I have had has been great. The quality of the clothing and the embroidering is great never had a problem with wear and washing. The team are helpful with requests to make your order that bit more personal and are very quick and helpful to rectify any problems. My last order was a Cheltenham Jacket embroidered with the KOSB regimental badge for a good friend for Xmas. All I can say it arrived within time and my mate is over the moon with it. So thankyou very much Fat Chimp you cracked it again.

After paying for service and sending two emails to enquire for the product I am yet to receive a response. However I later received message from the delivery company on the date and time and yet it wasn’t delivered and no note why delivery failed.

Also there is no telephone contact to reach out to Fatchimp on the website.

Shocking service!

Never again until I get a satisfactory reply from FatChimp.

Arrived in good time and product was just what I wanted. My stepdad was very happy with his present.

Arrived on time, good quality.

Perfect exactly.what i wanted for.my partner. I gave it to him for christmas and he laughed but had tears in his eyes thank you. Our exservice men and women are such proud people it was nice to be able to give him something in memory of his service that he now wears with pride.

Great item, highly recommended.

fast efficient service, items as describe , great quailty.

Good quality clothing, very happy with my purchase.

I purchased an embroidered veteran t shirt for my husband and we both love it. The quality is great. I would highly recommend this company. If anyone is thinking of purchasing an item as a gift or a special occasion order a little ahead of time. I would disregard any negative reviews.
People just need to be mindful that it is a veteran owned business and may not have a big team of people.

Great quality, attemtion to detail on crest. Top product.

Professional and punctual

I ordered a wooden SLR rifle in a presentation box with a bayonet. Absolutely amazing product. 10 out of 10 for the service. Product. Packaging and delivery. Highly recommend this product to anyone. Well done to at fatchimp. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
