We bought a high bed with futon and desk underneath. We waited less than 3 weeks for delivery and chose the build service. Joe from furniture first delivered the bed and built it, very polite and professional. I am fussy and he did a great job, well worth the money. My daughter watched it being built and loves it. Its more of a gloss white wash finish but good quality and looks like it will last.

We have recently bought a couple of items. The team that installed the bunk bed didn’t put it together properly so the drawers under the bed don’t fit and the front fell off after a day. I have contacted FW who asked the manufacturer to call me who did in a timely matter but 2 days later I haven’t heard from FW even though I put a call in today. Also the chest of drawers we bought are faulty as the drawer handle holes are in the wrong place. A replacement is meant to be being sent. The lack of communication from customer services is a big issue currently. A call back and some care would be appreciated.

had been looking at bunk beds with storage everywhere for my girls and was having no luck finding the right one and in stock. originally i found the Parisot Stim Grey & Oak Bunk Bed with Wardrobe on argos website but was out of stock. i then proceeded to find the same one at family window. it was a little more expensive but i emailed the company and asked if they would price match. i got a reply off Jason who said they couldn't price match but could give me a discount. i put the order through and was given a refund of the discount straight away and then informed of delivery which was a few days later. great customer service from start to finish as well as the delivery drivers who were very courteous and let me know which box to open last. fairly easy to build by myself and good quality parts and fixings. my girls love their new bed and the little extras like hanging rail and cupboard space. thank you family window and will definitely come back if need any beds in the future

It's rare that we write reviews, but on this occasion i think it's more than justified, what excellent service from ordering to delivery in just 10 days, very impressive given the current climate, my daughter absolutely loves the bed and mattress we purchased, look forward to buying from this website in the future.

We ordered the Trasman Bunk Bed on 31 January and the website advised 3-4 weeks for delivery. We got a call from Family Window at the end of February advising that their were delays due to Brexit, and that the bed would most likely be delivered closer to the end of March but that the manufacturer would be in touch. This was very disappointing as it meant we had to move to our new house with no bed for our little girl. We are now at the end of March and no word from the manufacturer. Family Window call centre are polite but not helpful, and we still have no idea when the bed will be delivered despite waiting almost 8 weeks. Customer service have emailed to say that ‘they understand’ the manufacturer have already called us (they haven’t) and told us last week that they would call us today (they didn’t). Their website is still selling the same bed and now advertises that delivery will be made in 3 weeks, which is unbelievable given how long we’ve been waiting. Overall just really disappointed that we didn’t pick one of the many other websites selling this bed, as our little girl would have had her bed by now.

Excellent company to deal with very efficient. So impressed with the quality of the console gaming bed and easy to build to. Completely transform my sons bedroom .. and love the look of it too. One happy customer 😁

I felt compelled to leave a review as I received such excellent customer service from Family Window! Jason assisted me with my purchase. He was very accommodating with my delivery request even though I had to change it several times. I highly recommend this company!

I have to say this shop has great service.
I ordered a "Parisot Office Pedestal Desk Workstation". It came within two weeks. It's pretty decent quality. I did have few parts missing for a drawer, however, the service desk is excellent and they responded straight away and sent it to me the same day. Arrived just a few days later. I am very happy with both the service and the desk I bought.
I definitely recommend this shop and the desk I purchased.

Excellent customer service and communication. We requested more information about the product and the customer service team got the information from the manufacturer for us. We ordered a Flexa bed which is excellent quality and we are very pleased with it. The only small negative is that it was quite complicated and time consuming to assemble, but it was worth it for such a good quality item.

Bought a bed for my son weeks of delays which I understand as a result of COVID. However, then as it’s the manufacturer that delivers they are completely unhelpful and refused to even phone the manufacturer when the item failed to turn up on time the day if delivery..

Overall, not recommended. We bought two flexa Nordic highsleeper beds with the desks underneath. They feel extremely flimsy and they move a lot if an adult climbs up onto them, for example to change a sheet. One of them has a ladder which seems to be a bit wonky and when we climb on it the whole bed seems to tip a little bit. The beds creak a lot and make a lot of noise, despite checking that the screws and bolts are all done up properly.

We bought these during August when there was apparently a sale on. When we emailed family window we were told the sale was on until the end of August. Exactly the same sale appears to still be on in September. It would be interesting to check back in October or later to see if there is still such a sale.

We bought a Parisot setup desk for our Son and we have not seen him since! delivered safely within 3 weeks and the product really is outstanding he absolutely loves it, easy to assemble and the LED lights really set it off, this would also be a great option for people working from home.

Ignore the Negative Reviews - I ordered my desk sometime near the middle of June, and quoted around 4 to 6 weeks delivery - it took a month in the end but response from Family Window was quick. Upon arrival, the desk appeared in excellent condition, no damages etc.

The only thing I would say, the instructions show each part is numbered, however the parts itself doesnt have the numbers on them, so had to try and work out which was which. Other than this, excellent service and product.

Ordered the parisot corner gaming desk for my son. Was told around a 6 week wait time but arrived in 4. Quality is excellent and its really sturdy. It can be set up with shelves on either side of the desk so 2 sets of instructions were provided which I thought was great! Usually flat pack furniture is rife for having the wrong instructions where you basically have to figure it out yourself. Only took just under two hours to build and my son is ecstatic with it! Would definitely recommend!

Do not recommend the buying a desk from family window, the quality is awful to the point that when it arrived every part was broken with little chips in the wood. overall terrible for the price

My experience with this order has been a long but good one. So after looking to find a new desk now that I was working from home, I was really starting to run out of space on my old one. So instead of going to my normal websites I managed to find this one. Delivery time said 3-4 weeks which was fine, then got an update to say might be another 1-2 weeks due to the covid situation. So in the end it took about 7 weeks to arrive. Was given a delivery window of 11am - 1pm and arrived just after 11.30 which was great. As for the assembly, it took me a few hours putting all the screws in and ended up having to have my flatmate help me to put together all the pieces, so I would say it's definitely a 2 person job if you want to get it up sooner. Any times I had to contact for support everyone was very helpful. It's going to take a while to get used to the extra space but it's going to be worth it! :) After reading other reviews, I would recommend to others but try and plan your order for delivery and for any extra delays that might happen. I Would buy from again if I had more space.

I bought a Noah 4 high sleeper stompa bed from Family Window, which was for a much better price than many of the other websites (I checked loads). The product was absolutely brilliant, and my two sons absolutely adore the bed. I was very impressed with their customer service. I had some delivery queries that they responded to really helpfully and quickly via email. And when there was a very small thing that wasn't delivered, they very quickly arranged for it's delivery next day, as well as offered a complementary gift. Have no fears from ordering from here. They're really great with fantastic service which is so rare these days. Highly recommended.

I bought a desk for monitors for my grandsons birthday beginning of 2020 January they delayed delivery and installation then two months later we are within Covid 19 I didn’t hear from that until I called them and emailed them a few times the parcel came one week ago (no installation) as they said couldn’t do it till October 10 months for a desk !! When it came no screws no glue no handles only desk boards very disappointed with this service and have not even offered any refund

We were worried after reading some reviews but reassured are not representative and we did indeed get our order exactly when you said we would, just like our first order with you. Sorry for fretting!!! P.S. great product and easy instructions so not a problem your assembly service isn’t back yet.
