Family Building Society Arvostelua 

Sarah-Jayne was so helpful in assisting me to set up and log in to a new account under the LPA process. This is often complicated to do as each bank has very different processes to follow. The account was set up in a single phone call and I find the staff at Family Building Society are always cheerful, knowledgeable and get problems solved straight away. In addition they have some really exceptional savings products. I fully recommend them for secure and flexible savings.

This Building Society is always efficient and worth supporting. Today I had to ring the helpline twice to search new products and was answered instantly both times. First by a very helpful man whose name I didn't catch and then by wonderful Sophie Richards

I was having some trouble registering online after opening a new account. I spoke to Vandelle on the phone and she was helpful, courteous, and very patient with me and walked me through the process. I am now a registered customer. I haven’t used Family Building Society before but am confident that my savings will be in good hands (a very good savings rate too). Thanks, Vandelle!

I have been customer of F.B.Society for many years and service has always been good. My telephone call to Ms Vazquez-Phillips today was no exception, she helped me open a new savings account quickly and easily, and her instructions were clear and audible. It was what I tend to think of as old fashioned service.

I called up and spoke to Rodger who was really helpful, stayed with me on the line while we resolved my internet banking issues, he explained everything and was super patient which I really appreciated. Issue resolved = happy customer.

Sophie was professional and a very helpful customer service agent. Unfortunately I had to re register for online service, even though I had previously been registered as an existing customer, therefore cannot access my account until a code has been received by post, which should be with me in 5 days, but sadly with the state of Royal Mail deliveries in my area I can see this taking up to two or three weeks before it arrives! If you are a new customer you get the Vitrification code by email within 24 Hours!!

The customer service team, contactable by phone, are extremely helpful and competent, dealing effectively with any complications on the website, even calling back later to check. Thank you in particular, Tracy R.
