Compré varios productos LED de esta empresa y ha sido una pésima experiencia desde el inicio. Para empezar, el envío tardó más de dos semanas en llegar, a pesar de que en su página web garantizan un plazo de entrega de 3 a 5 días. No hubo ninguna actualización por parte de atención al cliente hasta que les escribí varias veces.

Cuando finalmente recibí los productos, dos de las bombillas estaban rotas, y el resto simplemente no funcionaba correctamente. Algunos focos parpadeaban constantemente, mientras que otros ni siquiera encendían. La calidad de estos productos deja mucho que desear, parecen hechos de materiales baratos y no duran ni unas cuantas horas.

Intenté contactar con el servicio al cliente para una devolución o cambio, pero fue aún más frustrante. No solo tardaron días en responderme, sino que cuando lo hicieron, fue con excusas y ninguna solución real. Parecía que intentaban culparme a mí por la mala instalación, cuando claramente es un problema de fábrica.

Además, los precios son excesivamente altos para la calidad que ofrecen. En resumen, estoy muy insatisfecho con la compra y el servicio que brindan. No recomiendo para nada esta empresa, y definitivamente no volveré a comprar aquí. ¡Cuidado!

Have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company as the goods were faulty. I have sent numerous e-mails also and no response at all. I finally did get hold of someone and he requested I sent a photograph of the fault. I did this immediately and still no response. I would not recommend this company as if you do have an issue or fault it is very unlikely you will be able to get this rectified. I have now faulty lighting that cannot be used and no way to return/replace or refund

If you contact them(email or phone), they will not respond you because they already have your money

Una experiencia excelente, recomiendo mucho comprar en Factorled, hice obra en mi casa hace nada y tenia que iluminar mi casa y decidí comprar los productos en Factorled. Son productos de calidad y tiene un buen servicio.
Las personas que me atendieron por teléfono muy agradables.

Die Lampen wirken recht einfach. Richtig problematisch wird es aber bei einem Antrag zur Rücksendung. Nach der ersten Rückmeldung der Firma was mit den Leuchten nicht passt, bekommt man auf keine Nachrichten mehr eine Antwort.

Leider kann man keine minus Punkte geben. Rückabwicklung leider unmöglich. Da kann man sich die Finger wund schreiben.

Die Kommunikation ist umständlich und man bekommt erst nach mehreren Versuchen Feedback. Leuchten die 40.000 Std. halten sollten, waren schon nach 500 Std. defekt.

Qualität schlecht und geringe Lebensdauer der Straßenbeleuchtung. Bereits nach 6 Monaten der erste Ausfall, nach 2 Jahren alle Produkte ausgefallen. Auf Reklamationen und Gewährleistungsansprüche (werben mit 3 Jahren Garantie) wird nicht reagiert.
Außer permanenten Werbespam kein Service vorhanden.

Es wurden die falschen Endkappen geliefert. Auf mehrfache Anfragen erhielt ich dann die Info, ich solle eine RMA eröffnen, was ich auch umgehend getan habe. Die RMA wurde dann aber ohne weitere Information nach einigen Tagen geschlossen und ich habe bis heute nicht die korrekten Endkappen erhalten. Ist kein vertrauenswürdiger Händler.

Hice una compra de plafones por primera vez desde su web. No tengo ninguna queja, envío rápido y bien empaquetado. El producto se ve de buena calidad.

Had some LED light profile on order i couldn't get through via email or phone number but still no sign of my order over a month ago.
BUT ANYBODY WHOS IN SAME BOAT AS ME JUST GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR PAYPAL. UNDER Section 75 of consumer finance act YOU SHOULD GET ALL YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN IF YOU PAID BY DEBIT CARD.

They don't replay on warranty claims. After many emails back and forth I just gave up and bought a new one an other place

Didn't receive the goods and can't contact them.
Tried by email, no answer. By phone no answer.
Sent several RMA's, no answer!

Die Produkte sind zwar ok, wenn auch nicht immer entsprechend der Beschreibung, allerdings wird es bei Rückgaben schwierig. Das Unternehmen sitzt in Spanien, man muss die Produkte auf eigene Rechnung versenden und bekommt die Versandkosten nicht erstattet, selbst wenn eindeutig ein fehlerhaftes Produkt reklamiert wurde. Da zahle ich lieber etwas mehr und bleibe in D....

RICHIESTA SOSTITUZIONE 1 MESE FA PIU' VISTI E PIU' SENTITI, HANNO ATTESO IL TEMPO NECESSARIO PER NON FARE LA SOSTITUZIONE.

I tried to call them on the phone, I contacted them on facebook, I sent them e-mails to ask for details... They never answered.
If they are not seriuos form the beginning, I can't trust them.
I bought the products I need by another company.

Servizio post-vendita assente, anzi latitante. Poche ore dopo l'ordine ho chiesto di cambiare gradazione di luce 4000k anziché 6000k erroneamente acquistati. Non ho avuto risposta in tempo utile prima che avvenisse la spedizione, "la merce è già partita". Poi provvederà a fare il reso ma sino ad oggi non ho nessun documento di reso o indirizzo.
