I have never had an experience like this... Ordered goods which appeared to be completely different to the picture... Goods have been sent back and I heard nothing about the item for as long as I haven’t start chasing myself. Finally one of the customer service agents got back to me saying that I wont get my money back as goods been used and they are sending goods back... Never have i ever worn an item so i asked if i could speak to someone about this or for a pictures proofing that item has been used ‘has marks that its been used’ instead of just going with a single “no” as it is very unprofessional . But costumer service assistant literally ignored my request and got back to me saying “as in my previous email...” Poor customer service skills... I would not recommend this Factcool... Very disappointed unfortunately not surprised...

Ordered products as the gift for St.Val day. In advance, on Feb 2nd. Today is Feb, 16th and I received notification that products are delayed without any specific delivery date.

Huge delays in delivery (the company is just an intermediary, after all). I received one of the products torn, I did send it - as required, shipping paid by me - to their office in Romania and they wouldn't even accept it (so I had to pay the return shipping, too). I contacted the Consumer Protection Authority, which tried, on a European level, to settle the case, but was unsuccessful. So, don't bother. Factcool only wants your money, but doesn't show any signs of respect towards its customers.

I read the reviews here and I am stunned. I cannot believe so many people had such a bad experience with Factcool. :( To be honest I was a bit afraid too when I placed my first order, and it took like 2-3 weeks to arrive, but when it did I was very happy and satisfied with the material and size, everything was ok. Guess I was lucky so far. Only one blouse came earlier in a few days, for the rest of the orders had to wait a bit. On my last order some pants are a bit too large, but I understand the return is complicated so I better give them to someone. And I still have an order on the way...

Non mandano taglia corretta ma occorre rinviare l’ acquisto errato e fare nuovo ordine di una taglia cucita male!
Peccato poi che per vedere il riaccredito di 18 euro ne devi spendere 15 per la spedizione!!! Follia!

Non fidatevi ho ordinato una giacca e mi è arrivata con un taglio di circa 10 centimetri. Mi sono messo subito in contatto ma mi hanno fatto mille problemi.

6-12 business days delivery but 14 days in and will have almost all my order after 16 days (hopefully), with the head of customer support not even able to apologize or use any respectful sentences for late delivery.

Russian Gulag has better customer support than them, stay away from this site, they pretend it's -80% but if you compare with other sites they are more expensive.

A really lame experience that I will not reproduce.

Una stella è già troppa!!! Ho comprato un paio di sandali da trecking infradito su questo sito perché li volevo esattamente uguali a quelli che ho già e che mi vanno benissimo. Mi hanno mandato dei sandali completamente diversi e soprattutto non infradito come servivano a me. Mi hanno detto di rimandarli a mie spese che mi avrebbero restituito le spese di spedizione. Nel frattempo sul sito, accortisi probabilmente dell'errore, hanno cambiato l'immagine dei sandali. Per fortuna io ho salvato l'immagine precedente come prova di quanto ho ordinato. Ora non vogliono restituirmi le spese di spedizione sostenendo che loro mi hanno inviato l'articolo che c'è ora sul sito. A nulla è valso continuare ad inviare l'immagine dell'articolo che c'era in precedenza. Negano anche di fronte all'evidenza. Servizio clienti pessimo, l'addetto è arrivato a di dirmi che potevo aver fotografato dei sandali che avevo in casa e che stava perdendo il suo tempo per una cifra irrisoria!! A parte il fatto che l'immagine che ho inviato è la pagina del loro sito, la cifra sarà irrisoria, ma sono soldi miei e visto che mi hanno mandato un articolo diverso da quello che ho ordinato ho diritto di essere rimborsata!!

Made an order on the 16th of may and no delivery was made since then, i tracked the Gls code they send me and contacted Gls only to be told that the track number was used in 2015. Avoid, they are spam.

3 times my orders got cancelled. They do not update their stock info. Avoid!

You have to wait for at least a month to get what you bought, when it's delivered there is no receipt in the package but the worst part is their non professional, rude way of speaking... and generally doing their job.

Pacco arrivato dopo aver sollecitato, roba molto scadente con gravi difetti ( due magliette presentano vari buchi) !
