I was very reluctant to buy from them, as their reviews are mostly bad. But prices made me risk some money to see if it s ok. And it was. I ordered from Romania, in April 2022. Keep in mind tho, that u have to:
- double the time, at least, if not triple.
- buy one size up at least, as they are asian, S for example is an XXXS :)
- buy stuff that can t be misleading regarding material, length, colour. They don t lie, but the pictures aren t with the real product.
All in all, I think that with a little attention, u can get some pretty nice stuff at super low prices. I ll definetly order again. Cheers.

After one month I'm still waiting for my order. I'm terrified of what I will receive after reading the reviews here.

Ho acquistato due vestiti, molto carini i modelli con buona vestibilità corrispondente alla taglia ordinata. La merce è arrivata integra consegnata da un corriere serio, Bartolini, la spedizione tuttavia è stata inoltrata con lentezza, una settimana dopo l ordine, ma l azienda specifica he la spedizione richiede da 4 a 6 giorni lavorati per essere effettuata, quindi tutto ciò rientra nello standard dell azienda. Devo dire che il servizio clienti è molto operativo e disponibile, infatti inizialmente avevo preso tre articoli e non due, decidendo poco dopo di escluderne uno di un modello molto simile a un vestito che già avevo. Ho comunicato subito via mail al servizio clienti e per sicurezza ho pure telefonato. Mi sono messa in contatto facilmente con gli operatori del servizio clienti, i quali hanno disdetro l articolo che non mi interessava più dandomi in giornata conferma anche tramite mail, questo è certamente segno di attenzione e correttezza verso il cliente e ho molto apprezzato. La merce mi è arrivata 15 giorni dal giorno dell ordine, in perfetto stato. Sono soddisfatta dei vestiti acquistati, il tessuto è viscosa di uno , e un misto sintetico per l altro, cone nella composizione precisata sul sito. Soprattutto la vestibilità di qiesti modelli è bella. Certamente la mia esperienza è positiva, e sono propensa a ripetere l acquisto con questa ditta.

Terrible experience on every level. I stated in comments that I'm buying theirs products only because I can pay by card. Next day I got customer service call that they don't accept credit cards. Which is stated as a payment option on their site. Told them to cancel the order. They refused that. Said that they just can't do that and that I can return package. It's easier for them to trick you to not bother with returning. That's exactly their business model. Quality of their products is outrageous. UCPD should check their cotton percentages too. i.e Pajamas parts are of completely different fabric obviously nothing like image on site. Overall so disgusting. I hope they close this practice very soon as today.

Τα ρούχα ήρθαν σε 16 μέρες που δεν με πειραξε καθόλου, όμως σίγουρα δεν θα μπω στον κόπο να πληρώσω περισσότερα για κάποια επιστροφή. Τεράστιο ΟΧΙ! Ότι παρήγγειλα είναι κακής ποιότητας ρούχα, πολύ λεπτο ύφασμα, με κακή ραφή και πολύ κακη γραμμή και στα αντρικά και στα γυναικεία.
Πολύ μικρά μεγέθη σε αντρικά και σε κάποια ρούχα έχουν πιθανώς χρησιμοποιηθεί επικίνδυνες βαφές.
ΔΕΝ είναι κανένα πραγματικά επώνυμο.
Καλύτερα να πήγαινα σε κινέζικο και να τα διάλεγα μόνη μου διαλέγοντας τά από κοντά.

Fatto un reso al mese di gennaio ho chiamato per la prima volta dopo due settimane mi e stato detto che il bonifico viene fatto dopo 14 giorni lavorativi e per niente prima ma con un tono non piacevole ,ho chiamato il 23 febbraio cercando di capire cosa succede ,mi ha detto che mi richiama ,oggi ho chiamato un altra volta e l'operatore di una maleducazione mai vista mi ha staccato la telefonata alzando pure la voce,aparte che ti fanno pagare trasporto sotto una certa cifra , pagamento alla consegna ,reso devi pure pregare per i tuoi soldi ,mai e poi mai comprerò da questo sito

Pantaloni tuta marca Ombre, perfetti di taglia e di ottima qualità. Spedizione e tempi nella norma. Allo stesso prezzo li vende amazon prime con trasporto incluso, ma allo stesso prezzo.

Paghi la spedizione sia x la consegna ke sia x il reso...del resto è inutile incazzarsi fatika xsa. ..portare smp pazienza 🤨😩

Whole process (from ordering the items to refund received) took 2 months - extremely boring and and not competitive. Also, the items look way better in photos than in real life. To conclude, I'm not coming back.

Pessimi arrivata la merce dopo un mese indossata la felpa e si sono scucite le maniche figura di ......non lo consiglierei a nessuno pietosi

To my surprise today, I see that a product has been canceled from my order. Nobody informed me about the change, my consent was not sought.

È un vero peccato che non si possa assegnare zero stelle, SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE questo sito, se andiamo a paragonare l'abbigliamento acquistato su questo sito con quello che vendono su Wish, ebbene quello di Wish sarebbe abbigliamento griffato. Premesso che ho atteso oltre 40 giorni per ricevere la merce e alla fine si 6 articoli ricevuti, le taglie di 4 sono sbagliate (una felpa ha l'adesivo M ma all'interno è XXXL, le scarpe sono 40 ma calzano a chi ha una 42, il pantalone è 32 M ma calza a chi ha XL, la felpa è M ma calza come una L). Gli altri 2 articoli sono Lee Cooper ma sono spudoratamente non originali. Infatti la felpa ad esempio è una felpa cinese da mercato da 10 euro con il ricamo Lee Cooper. Per la cronaca ho contattato il numero +390287368958 ma risponde una segreteria. EVITATELO !!!!

I ordered shoes of size 38 and got one shoe size 38 and other size 40. After sending them back they were refunded, but not for the delivery which I had to pay. So I just lost money for nothing.
