Formula One Autocentres - Shipley Arvostelua 

Simple , Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted 5 days of my life to be simply lied too , everything I rang for an update I got a completely different story . Would advise everyone to stay clear , lost lots of money that I will never get back

Absolutely terrible experience. I accepted this company based on the quote provided (via mycarneedsa.com) and therefore arranged to borrow a car so that I could drop mine off and made the 40min journey to this centre on the day they booked me in. I contacted them later on that day to check everything was ok only to be told that the booking system wasn't working and they didn't have any time to do the work on the day that I was booked in. Fortunately I didn't really need the car back immediately so they promised the work would be done the following day. The next day, around 2 in the afternoon I got a follow up call when they claimed that the initial quote was incorrect and the work would actually cost 4 times as much as they quoted. Allegedly it was the manager who called me but he was incredibly rude and pointed out that the quote provided originally was merely speculative. the email I got said nothing about this at all. The next day when i went to collect my car (which they had made worse than when i took it in after a so called 'service') the 'manager' wasn't even in so either a coward or a liar and probably both. If it was a genuine mistake and they had just quoted too low, the professional thing to do would have been to honour the original quote and get the work done for the agreed price, then made sure their business provided accurate quotes in the future but this didn't happen. No attempt to even meet half way was made so this proves that the low initial quote was intentional. Providing a low quote is clearly a complete scam intended just to get cars in so that they can quadruple the price so my advice is to avoid this company like the plague as they are just crooks.

After using BMW main dealers for previous work and still receiving bad service even though I paid a small fortune it was pleasant to go to someone that didn’t over charge but still provided amazing customer service, from arriving to picking my car up was really easy nice experience and no trying to pressure me in to buying anything extra top quality work but I get the impression even if there was any issues they would put them right amazing team will be definitely using them again

Got my car MOT from the Shipley branch, very happy with how smoothie the process was, luckily no issues and give the pass!

First time going to Formula 1 at Shipley and I was not disappointed. On a busy bank holiday weekend, having found an issue with my car, they found time to check it over. They located the issue and provided me with honest feedback and advice. I fully recommend using Formula 1.

I cant fault F1 at shipley from the customer service from assistant manager, to the pricing; great around.

However what stood out for me as opposed to a lot of garages including some smaller local garages, was the work was identified correctly, priced accordingly and then remedied fully.

For not one minute did I feel they were trying to rip me off.

Kudos guys, keep up the hard work!
