Formula One Autocentres - Poole Arvostelua 

I am self employed and do in excess of 35000 miles per year. I have been using F1 in Poole for several years now and cannot speak highly enough of their level of service. They know how important my car is to me and do everything they can to keep me on the road with minimal inconvenience to me. Just recently they didn't have a specialist piece of equipment for a particular repair but contacted several local garages until they located it, borrowed it and carried out the repair. Brilliant! Thank you so much to Steve, Rich and the team.

Excellent service spot on time and a very good price.

Booked Black Friday discounted service and MOT . Failed MOT and then quoted me over £700 for new front track rods.
On the way home , washer fluid warning came on went to open bonnet to discover they had broken the catch, checked and they hadn’t topped up either washer fluid or coolant.

Brought it back in next day to be told they had ordered the wrong parts and They probably needed to get the parts from a main dealer.
So I went to my local Volvo main dealer who wanted to put it on a ramp to check which parts were required.
They told me that in their opinion the parts didn’t need replacement and should have been advisory only.
So basically I paid for a new MOT and will now have to get it properly serviced by someone who knows what they are doing !

Have used F1 previously, won’t do so again, almost questioning whether they deliberately conned me

Top class Service Received for me and my vehicle. I also had my tyres replaced too.
Easy to book and talk to the mechanics.
I would recommend a visit for any issues you may have,you get good sound advice.

Went to have my air-conditioning recharged the engineer spent quite a bit of time trying to get my air-conditioning to work and realised it was a fault with the system and not need re-gassing they were very efficient and very helpful and they did not charge me for the bit of gas that they put in much appreciated I wish more companies were like this thank you very much

I just wanted to say a huge thanks to Dave and his team. I popped in today as my car was making a dreadful noise and they were so attentive. The customer service was incredible. My car was up on a ramp and the problem was sorted in half an hour. Just amazing. Thank you so much.

Booked in my vehicle 2 weeks prior to the appointment date and had a conversation on the phone for a good 20-30 minutes or so discussing what work was due on the service and getting a quote of around £350. I accept the quote and book it in. They requested that I drop the vehicle of at 8:30am on the day which I do. Get a call around 2:30 listing off all this work that needs doing (over £1,000), I say thank you I will think about it but can we go ahead and have the service carried out as planned. He then said that the pollen filter and fuel filter isn't included in the master service cost. (we already discussed this at the time of booking and agreed I wanted these done and were included in the quote and was told it would all be done using OEM parts as I SPECIFICALLY requested. The guy on the phone has no record of this quote on the system and basically didn't know what my car was booked in for so I had to go through it all again. Another 30 minute call after my car has already been with them for 5 hours and no work carried out currently. After been told on the phone at the time of making the booking that they are specialists in Audi I then get a call to say the car is ready but they haven't done the fuel filter as they can't locate it.....very dissapointing as will have to pay to get this done elsewhere now with additional labour costs. I then get home and look at my receipt/invoice and see that they have used non genuine parts. They have used a brand called Crosland that they have probably rushed to buy from euro car parts because they didn't order in the manufacture parts that I requested. I also got told that I will receive a full report on collection with all the work they have mentioned to me earlier in the day that needs to be carried out. All I got was a check list of what they check on a service and no mention of what they found. Also was told on the phone that both rear tyres were at 3mm and need changing but the tyre report states one at 3mm and one at 5mm. I work in a car manufacture dealership myself as a manager of the service team. I would be embarrassed if this was an experience from one of my customers and to top it off I go to get in the car and the seat and floor covers are still in the vehicle that the mechanic has been sat on. I had to take it out myself and ask where their bin was to dispose of it. Will definitely not be using again after this experience and would not recommend to friends and family.

I've used Poole Formula1 for 4 years now. I've always had good service from the staff. They have very competitive prices, and they also always offer that little bit extra that makes visits worth while. They make me feel they care about my car as well as my wallet.They always have good advice, and are happy to do the smallest job, like checking tyres, to my last job, a full service. They make you feel a valued customer. whatever. Thanks to all at Poole.

Amazing team here at F1 Autocentres. They fitted me in this morning after calling with a suspected alignment issue, did a free check, showed me the results 🙈 and then price matched the rectification. I now have a car with all 4 wheels pointing in the right direction! So friendly, polite and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 5⭐️’s
