Formula One Autocentres - Chatham Arvostelua 

I booked my car few days ago and had requested a full service . It charged me £235 , no oil changed , no computer board error corrected and I had to send my husband second day, as on the day we picked it up was close to closing time , the guy said that if we are unhappy to come again next day he will see why the oil was not topped up at lest , since the car computer board would still show us that the oil was still missing. Next day my husband went a guy came with about 2l of oil topped it up and the car board finally would show that it has sufficient oil. So was this car ever serviced really? Oil should be changed not even topped up to say the least!
Not doing your job as requested is a NO NO for us with your centre. Will definitely look elsewhere next time.

Just had a tyre replaced after having blow out on the M2. Took car to chatham F1. Pleasantly surprised with the service from both Grant and TJ. Grant on the desk has excellent customer service skills with both his phone and face to face manner are second to none.
TJ who dealt with my car was very polite informative and swift with his help.

I was very happy with the the new tyres and friendly service I received.

Drop car for service first thing @830 on Saturday, I was the first customer in. Walked past the garage @1230 car not been touched. The car was ready to collect after 15:30. Upon arriving home notice grease marks inside the car the steering wheel, both front seats, seat blew top holder and the floor mat was caked in grease.

They were absolutely fantastic , after a visit from Halfords who had left me with a loud squeaky noise when using my lights or indicator these guys fixed the issue very quickly would highly recommend

Went in today for a puncture repair, was helped by Phillip who was friendly polite and respectful, my tyre was repaired well within the time frame given, I’ve been using this garage for many years and have always been given great service by all members of staff, Phillip has always been there to offer advise when needed and is a credit to the company

Got told the customer service will be in contact within 3 days after my service! Still waiting over a week later! Absolute joke! Still have the warning light on in my car! Job wasn’t complete! Useless team and will never be using them again!

I had all items checked after that this garage claimed needed extra work- none of it needed extra work doing! I also had a OBD plugged in and checked and NO FAULTS! So again! Lying! No contact from
This company! Incomplete job, no follow ups as promised! AVOID and if you do go to them! Don’t listen to the ‘extra work’ line they give you

I needed to book my car in this week and had tried several garages before formula one Chatham branch, it was nice and easy getting it booked in and they went above and beyond when looking at it also turned a sensor off for free.
All done in the morning aswel.

I’ve been using formula One for many yrs well over 15 . In the past they were brilliant with great customer service . However over the last few yrs i’ve noticed that the standard of service has completely dropped . Last year i took my little citroen c1 in for new tyres . The price was pretty reasonable . On leaving the premises and driving onto a Duel carriageway the car was shaking . I pulled over and the passenger-side rear tire hadn’t been done up . Literally the bolts were finger tight 😳 . They said that they would compensate me by giving me a free MOT well they have conveniently forgotten about that . I phoned them up today for a simple repair on my c1 . A new alternator and Waterpump and belt . It’s a relatively easy job anymore who owns a c1 would know what i mean buy this . I priced up the parts independently and it came to £150 . I thought I would see how much Formula One would charge to do this job and supplying the parts to . No joke they quoted me £1,000 I was expecting the price to be around £250
Honestly these people are having a laugh please shop around because they are taking advantage of people . That price is totally unacceptable . I will be doing the job myself and at least I will have peace of mind knowing the job was done right. Charlatans they will never get my business again ever .

Today 22/08/2023 I booked and paid for 2 tyres via E Tyres to be fitted at the Chatham / Rochester branch .
On arrival access was not clear from a dual carriageway , I accessed driving over a lowered kerb . I was then told they will not be fitting my paid for tyres as I entered the site in a dangerous manner . Requested refund , refused , requested Tyres refused .I had to apologise to the offended fitter before they would fit . Thought I would photograph access to complain , then challenged by a staff member stating I was breaking the law by photographing the premises to show more access and that I had been reported!!, finally a fitter told me I had attitude as I was driving a 4x4 totally slanderous action , sent complaint to head office not acknowledged or replied to, totally shambolic , rude and aggressive service , hence will not recommend and will tell as many people as possible to avoid this business.

I had to get off the M2 this morning as my car was going horribly wrong and I was lucky enough to find the Formula One Autocentre Chatham for help. I explained to the staff what had happened and they solved it immediately, gave me advice on what to do to get me home, and refused payment! I was so grateful to the staff and I'm more than happy to recommend this business to anyone!
