Formula One Autocentres - Bristol Arvostelua 

Shambles of a company. St Philips, Bristol branch changed a shock absorber and adjusted tracking. On collecting the door they had misplaced my jack and tyre weld and broken a £50 paving slab that was in my boot. And added a dent to my rear door! Branch denied all knowledge of this. Tracking was not fine as car drive worse then before it went in. Complaint to HO did gauge a response and eventually an offer if £30 in vouchers. Tracking price was also eventually refunded after chasing them again. Branch manager at St. Philips even said I’d made it all up and they’d check CCTV which they did but it conveniently hadn’t captured by car. HO tried to resolve as best as they could but this branch IMHO is not to be trusted.

I booked a specific timeslot for new tyres. Arrived on time for my appointment, they had computer problems. 90 mins later still couldn't give me a time when my tyres would be fitted so rebooked.
Arrived on time for second appointment. Initially they couldn't find the tyres but eventually did. An hour after my appointment I'm still sat there, my car still hasn't been taken for the tyres. Why offer timed appointments when even fitting a couple of tyres takes ALL DAY?
I then asked for an update, my car would be next in, I go to stretch my legs. Miss a call asking me to phone back. Which I do, again and again until the phone cuts out. I'm even ringing when stood back in reception whilst they deal with another customer. There is no sound of a phone ringing. I complained about the 2 hour delay from my appointment time and that no one answers the phone. Their response: no apology, just a voice from the back office saying "put a block on that account".
Disgusting service, no right to complain, avoid, avoid, avoid.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Waited instore over 5 hours for a belt replacement, no communication, I had it booked in on Tuesday, rang up to check progress told it was a 45-1 hour job and it’ll be done Tuesday, I came in Wednesday to collect and had to wait 5 hours as they hadn’t completed the job, they didn’t even start the job until 2 hours into my wait …

Manager Tom, kept repeating that if there was more problems it’ll cost more and take longer, no compassion for the customers, no apologies, just saying things to cover his own back in regards to why it wasn’t done,

I even at one point heard him on the phone expressing his stress to another college saying he’s going to break someone’s jaw if they complain ….disgusting behaviour from a store manager, extremely abrupt and unforgiving, even told if I want my car back quicker take it as it is without it being fixed

AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS

Great service when I took my car in to sort a slow puncture. They diagnosed the problem and sorted it. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Formula One Autocentre, St. Phillips, Bristol. Brilliant service. Had a puncture this morning and needed something sorted quickly. Despite the rush they had on today, Tom (the manager) was able to sort me out quickly. He was extremely courteous, explaining exactly what he was able to do, and the various options I had. Really pleased with the customer service here. He's a real asset to Formula One. I don't usually use Formula One (I used to back in the day), but I will definitely be back 👍🏾

Booked my MOT online 8 days in advance, when i got there on 11/10/2022 I’ve been told that, there is no record of my booking in their system, manager blamed the computer system for triple emails which caused the problem????? came back home and called them several times with no answer then emailed them immediately. hours later I had call from that centre asked me to take the car for test in same date.
Guess what??? because of my complaint, they force to take me in but as I expected from their behaviour my car has failed (excess exhaust emissions) in no time without given emissions test details.
two days later I took my car in an other MOT test centre and test has passed without any problem with all details in my hand.
I have forwarded all the details to customer service and asked them why it has happened and request a refund but no reply whatsoever???????
according to their manager they don't like online booking so decided to ignore online booking and sold my slot to somebody els for their own benefit.
Don't trust these people and avoid them at all the cost.

Bristol St Phillips branch. Complete disgrace, avoid at all costs. Pre ordered tyres online and booked time slot. Arrived early as requested, was told there were loads of people in front of me and online time slots didn’t really mean anything. It’ll be on next he said and done in an hour. 1 hour later car still not being worked on. I said what’s going on and he said they are working on it now, they weren’t I could see it. They finally started 10 minutes later and told me my tyres hadn’t arrived, blamed the computer system for triple booking cars and not ordering tyres, then blamed me for placing order on a Sunday! Useless. No answer on customer service number, finally got through to someone on another line who promised refund immediately and email confirmation and that has been done yet either.

Awful service, well to be truthful I didn't get a service , Friday appointment cancelled till Monday , got there, no parts were even ordered . So many friends warned me NOT to go there so will go elsewhere and avoid

Had a flat tyre on a Sunday and no spare so was very glad they were open! Managed to drive in and they looked at it straight away, worked out it was possible to fix and sorted it out within les than half an hour. And only cost about £25. Explained to me what the problem was without being patronising (which is not always a given as a female owner!)

Rude staff, quoted £80 for some work then got told it was £120 for no real reason, promised certain work would be done and completed and it wasn’t, avoid the branch in Bristol
