Dishonest, fleece merchants. I won't use this branch ever again.

Reply - I did the regional manager, agreed with the garage cost yet 3 other garages all F1 agreed with me and all quoted £200 less

Really friendly and professional service. Took exactly as long to do the MOT as advised which helped me organise my time.

Order 2 tyres online as they were the cheapest.
Whilst waiting, I could see and hear the fitter. He was moaning, swearing and throwing tools around. Clearly didn't want to be there taking over 50 minutes!!
When I got home, I discovered that only one wheel had a plastic dust cap, but the original metal ones were missing!!!
This was my first visit to this centre, and will be my last.

My experience with Formula One Service was disappointing, to say the least. I visited for an MOT, and the quote they presented, a staggering £998, felt like a complete rip-off. Opting for a different provider, I secured a fresh MOT for a significantly more reasonable all in£320.

What raised even more concern was the fact that the quote from Formula One Service included additional items that were neither necessary nor mentioned on the failure MOT certificate. This lack of transparency and the inclusion of undisclosed charges cast serious doubts on the professionalism of their services.

Given these issues, I cannot recommend Formula One Service to anyone seeking automotive services. The discrepancy in pricing and the questionable practices regarding additional charges make it imperative for potential customers to explore other, more trustworthy options.

Woke up with a flat tyre and the guys managed to fit me and have have the tyre fixed within a hour.

Went to them today. My front headlight bulb went. The guys there were great, they were fantastic. They were able to help me straight away. The guy made sure the headlight was fully working and fit before leaving. Very friendly staff. No issues, no complaints 👌

Simple booking service via their website, great customer service on the day and they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Exactly what I was looking for…

If I could 10 stars I would. Exceedingly outstanding service. I had a screeching sound coming out of one of the wheels of my Daughter's car, she was very emotional about it. Glenn and his team were so accommodating and willing to take a look to see what the problem was...they were extremely busy on the day but still made time for me to listen to my concerns and take a look to identify the problem....such generosity and customer service like I've never experienced before....top notch people. Was dealt with outstanding respect and kindness. They were quick to allay our fears and concerns. Glenn, kudos to you and your team at Bedford F1 auto centre, a HUGE THANK YOU from me and my daughter to you and your team...because of your superb customer service and the respect and generosity you and your team showed us I will be back again and again. You have a customer for life....other garage owners, learn from Glenn and his team. Simply outstanding people and service!!!!!

Terrible customer service, rude wannabes - untrustworthy and clueless. When you call the HQ to complain about the garage in question, you sit on hold for an hour with no answer.

Never using these again, that's for sure. Steer clear is my suggestion. Find a local small business type garage, you'll have a much better experience.

Great service received today. Really helpful and informative after a failed MOT, very reasonable priced and quick to rectify the issues so the car could be retested. Would definitely use their services again and recommend.

I called up on the morning for a quote for how much an air con recharge and clean was - gentlemen was clear with the quote and polite - went in that day as they had space and explained there was a bit of history with the car when I bought it so they checked it before topping it all up incase there was a fault. The mechanic explained the gas hadn’t been done but they have done and it and asked if I would like it to had a clean smell which I said yes to - air con is fab and smells great! Defo would go back

Being a retired trainer in customer service, I like to emphasise great customer service when I experience it.
I found the service provided by Glen and Reece at the Bedford service centre, outstanding in all respects.
Very well done. Engaged help at the point of need, even though the centre was very busy. Very much a 'yes we can help you' attitude, and a fine example of excellent customer service.
