Formula One Autocentres - Andover Arvostelua 

booked online for 4 new tyres, guy on the desk was rude and said nothing was booked in, another worker came in to reception and saw my email and said ok he'll get on to do it

I booked an appointment for 2 tyres to be fitted all looked good on website, book your time slot,excellent I thought. Turned up at Andover depot. Then the guy just laughed and said you have a long wait, which I couldn't do. I asked for refund.and was told it would take 5 days. I really need tyres replaced but now have to wait for money to get back to me before I can new ones fitted. Don't use this company.

Not to be trusted, they over diagnose and are unhelpful. I'll be going back to my usual garage , thought id give these people a try , but it was a big fail in more way than one. they even put on the MOT as a major reason for fail - the sat nav was obstructing my view. what a joke haha . in short the receptionist said it needs new light bulbs, but would they change the light bulbs, nope have to make another appointment for that.....omg wake up , people have busy lives.

Short version. I live in Peterborough, tried last Monday 7th october 2024 to get 2 tyres for my Audi Avant .Peterborough did not have the tyres I wantedc8n stock although Darren tried his best. As I was going to Liverpool on 8th October Darren suggested to see if I could get the up north. I phoned Bumpers lane in Chester who said they could get them in on Wednesday 9th October which was the best I could hope for .Wednesday I went to Bumpers Lane at an agreed time .I was assisted by Dean,Rob and Will who gave me great service and even directed me to a place for a drink while I wait as I wanted some tyres moved around as well as 2 new tyres fitted. I cannot emphasis enough how helpful the three guys where in re assuring me that a great job was done and they where all very polite as they spoke to me about what they had done as bering in mind a few days later I was driving all the way back to Peterborough.Thankyou Thank-you Rob,Will and Dean for a great job done and for being so polite with my questions.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Two tyres simple job so you would think. They said they would order in tyres apparently didn't show up. Waited 4 days then ordered online.
Took it down they finally did it after waiting near on 1 hour 30 mins for the tyre fitter to snap my sensor valve.
3 weeks to get the tyres done. They said they would order it from main dealer but they clearly didn't as I called customer service. Regional manager called me back and he fixed my car.
Nearly 3 weeks to get two tyres sorted.
Bad communication not calling or updating just a measly I had your number and invoice there and binned it. Sat in waiting area listening to the staff members moan about others swearing.
Then when told about my valve Steve was very rude about it and told he broke it he can f ing pay for it
The customer service is shocking and i will never take my car there again and when anyone asks me the first thing I say is dont use formula one andover branch

If I could give the Andover branch F1 Autocentres less than one star I would.
My wife had bad experience with them with regard to tyres she made a complaint which I consider was a waste of time.
My daughter who took her car for an MOT said the person on reception was miserable and didn’t tell her of the advisories and slapped the paper and keys down on the counter saying it passed. That was it, I will never go to this garage again. Anyone that needs repairs MOT tyres etc needs to think carefully before using them.

As always great service from all the guys at formula one.
Best garage by far in the area.

MOT fail required new rear seats for my car. The staff put me in touch with local scrap merchant who had the part.

Were flexible when I put the car back in to finish the work and turned the refit and MOT around in an afternoon.

Friendly professional team at F1 auto centre Andover would highly recommend and will use again.

I took my Seat Ibiza for an AirCon re-gas (Ipswich). Waited four hours as requested to pick up my car only to be told on arrival that there was a leak in the AirCon system. Disappointed as despite having my number, no-one called to inform me. A waste of half a day at the weekend was not ideal.

Ed from Andover was amazing. He really looked after me and helped me out when no one else could on a Sunday. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and won’t use anyone else from now on. Thank you Ed.

4th January, I took my car in for an MOT, unfortunately it wasn't completed due to technical issues. Was asked to bring it back the next day, which I did. Unfortunately it failed it's MOT due to rear brakes and disks. Now the garage was double booked at this point as it had to play catch-up with the previous day's work as work already booked in. I asked the garage to see if there was anything they could do to get it fixed and re-MOT'd that day. They advised it was tight timing and they may be able to do it in-between jobs. And that's exactly what they did... the team working here on 05/03/2024 was nothing less then absolutely outstanding and was able to get my car back in the road the same day. I'll 100% be coming back for my service. At the end of the month.

Should have read reviews first.booked and paid online for a 12.15 appointment on Saturday booked in with the manager not a nice greeting came across hostile and unhelpful. 12.40 car still outside 1 fitter working he still in office asked if he knew how long it would be as I had another appointment he got aggressive and said I don't know if you don't like it take your car and go I replied I have prepaid and need tyres done he then shouted was swearing aggressive got nose to nose with me and swearing again told te to f ING get out of his garage repeatedly and he doesn't want or need my business at one point I though he was going to hit me so I left with no refund and no tyres.i would strongly advise not to use the garage as 10min before me he had a row with another customer this manager should not work in a customer base service

Customer service phoned me first thing Monday and sorted the whole issue out I'm totally satisfied with the outcome I will use them again

Booked online and paid in advance to turn up and tell me he can't fit me in and to come back first thing in the morning and he'll change my tyres first. Turn up says it won't be long two hours kater still nothing called them after an hour and Ed the manager said within the next half hour 30 mins later I call again and he says they're putting the last tyre on 30 mins more pass by this time he's rude and swearing at me then hangs the phone up.
Nearly 2 and half hours after they should of been done he finally rung me. Ed the manager is so unprofessional and rude will not be returning or reccomending in the future

I needed two new tyres and booked an appointment online. On arrival at the Andover site it was clear they were busy and there was a problem with my booking but Ed was calm and professional. The tyres were replaced promptly and Ed sorted the problem with the booking.

At your own risk, both the wife and I have used this garage, on both case the cars have cost hundreds to fix afterwards. Once was when they first opened and one recently. Incompetent to say the least despite several chances given to fix the issues. Wouldn’t give any stars. This was the Andover branch to clarify, incompetent and car was with them for weeks with stil no resolution

I put my car in for MOT and full service. Ed in the office was friendly and helped me understand what was going on, and what was required. Kept the cost as low as they could as well. Car felt good to drive when I collected it. Thanks for everything.

Absolutely shocking experience. Booked my car in for an MOT on Thursday at 14.45 and paid in advance. Didn't hear anything back so rang up just before close time to be told my car had failed on a tyre. We asked them to supply and fit it. They didn't have any in stock so promised to order it and fit Friday. Almost closing time on Friday, still nothing so I rang again. " Oh sorry Sir, our tyre fitter isn't in today, you shouldn't have been told it would be done. We apologise and it will be done first thing Saturday morning, I'll actually do it myself ". Saturday morning comes and goes, I phone yet again....." oh sorry Sir its been a very busy day, I'll do it now and ring you, I'll be about an hour ". Two and a half hours later I get a lift down to collect my car and its sat outside with the new tyre on but still no MOT. Waited another 20 minutes for the certificate and still had to pay full price for the tyre. No discount for taking 3 days to do a job that takes less than 2 hours in total. All I got was a cheeky grin and" oh sorry about that " . Never again !!! I almost didn't get to work on time.

The Andover branch had my car all day yesterday , a couple of issues were found but instead of ringing me to discuss , they did nothing , the car sat there all day . I went to pick the car up in the evening to be told this . the man on the desk told me he was too busy to call me . What a joke !!!!, will definitely never bring my car to you ever again . So by bring my car to you cost me £52.60 to hire a car for the day , £14.70 for 2 taxi's only to be told you none nothing !!!!!

First time using F1 as they are near to my home, booked an MOT to have it cancelled on the booked date, re-booked to have it cancelled again within five minutes, re booked for today to have it cancelled - no tester. Really, you didn’t know this earlier! Won’t use again (not that I did).
Update: Contacted by area manager Adam who explained that the tester had left the company and let them down, i explained that i had re-booked my test at the main dealer Adam then offered to pay for the test, this explanation made a difference and i will try F1 again in the future
