If you place an orders over the phone…
If you place an order over the phone it is Distance selling therefore full refund if the company are late on delivery they have broken the contract therefore full refund. This company is a joke and horrible to deal with.

Really good experience
We bought a lovely sofa bed at Belfast EZ store. The staff couldn't have been more helpful Jonny H was so kind and calm, but he knew his products inside out and took us through every aspect of purchase and delivery with both professionalism and human warmth. Was so glad, we chose going to the store rather than just buying online. We got to try the sofa bed out and be sure it was what we wanted. Excdllent service.

Excellent service from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by the lovely assistant Aimee, who offered us coffee and was very attentive to our needs. Nothing was a bother to her and delivery was as smooth as it could be. Again excellent service, staff and delivery service. Will definitely be back again.

Hassel free Mattress Purchase
My wife and I called into the EZ Living store in Holywood and were helped by Samantha Moffett. She was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, but without any pressure at all. Her relaxed, casual approach made the whole experience very easy and pressure free.
We ended up purchasing a mattress, and She arranged the delivery for us. Everything went exactly as planned.
We’re delighted with the mattress — it’s great — and very happy with the overall experience from start to finish.
A big thank you to Samantha for making the whole process so straightforward. We would definitely recommend her and EZ Living to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Fantastic experience and found what we were looking for
My husband and I came in looking for a new bed frame and mattress. We were really impressed with Phil Brannigan who was so helpful, knowledgeable and really helped us feel confident in our purchase. Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I placed an order for garden furniture over the phone and was assured delivery would be within 10 days. I had a family event on so needed it within this time. Delivery went beyond 10 days so I had to purchase furniture elsewhere. When I tried to cancel the order, staff were extremely unaccomodating and refused to give a refund. I now have this unopened furniture surplus to requirements. At no point of ordering were the T&C's made clear as to cancelling orders. I have spent several thousand euro with EZ Living over the years and would certainly not recommend them as far as customer service is concerned neither will I be visiting them again. If they would consider offering a return & refund of this unopened furniture it would be much appreciated but as it stands I am very disappointed. Shocking customer satisfaction!!!

The delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase was an approximate lead time, and on this occasion, your order was delivered a few days outside of this. We appreciate that this was beyond the estimated timeframe.
Had we been made aware at the time of purchase that the furniture was required for a specific, time-sensitive event, we would of course have done our best to accommodate this where possible.
We appreciate your feedback and regret that the experience did not meet your expectations.
