Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I placed an order for garden furniture over the phone and was assured delivery would be within 10 days. I had a family event on so needed it within this time. Delivery went beyond 10 days so I had to purchase furniture elsewhere. When I tried to cancel the order, staff were extremely unaccomodating and refused to give a refund. I now have this unopened furniture surplus to requirements. At no point of ordering were the T&C's made clear as to cancelling orders. I have spent several thousand euro with EZ Living over the years and would certainly not recommend them as far as customer service is concerned neither will I be visiting them again. If they would consider offering a return & refund of this unopened furniture it would be much appreciated but as it stands I am very disappointed. Shocking customer satisfaction!!!

The delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase was an approximate lead time, and on this occasion, your order was delivered a few days outside of this. We appreciate that this was beyond the estimated timeframe.
Had we been made aware at the time of purchase that the furniture was required for a specific, time-sensitive event, we would of course have done our best to accommodate this where possible.

Outstanding service from Conan – he went above and beyond!
I cannot recommend EZ Living Furniture enough, particularly the team at the Boucher Road Outlet store in Belfast, all thanks to an exceptional employee named Conan.
I had been searching endlessly for a very specific set of furniture, ringing multiple stores both North and South. While the staff at other branches were lovely, none of them were able to help me source what I needed. Everything changed the moment I got on the phone with Conan at the Boucher Road Outlet location.
From the start, Conan took full ownership of my request. In a single day, he emailed and called me several times with updates. He personally contacted stores all across Ireland to ask staff to manually check their stockrooms. Thanks to his persistence, he managed to locate the exact piece I was looking for down in Cork and arranged to have it brought up to the Belfast Outlet store for me.
What impressed me most was his genuine empathy and attitude. He mentioned to me that while some might see it as "just a piece of furniture" and me as "just one customer," he understands that it means much more than that to the person buying it, and he always tries to do his absolute best because he genuinely cares.
It is incredibly rare to find someone in retail who is this passionate, dedicated, and friendly. Conan went well above and beyond expectations. He is an absolute credit to EZ Living Furniture, and because of his stellar service at the Boucher Road Outlet, EZ Living is now at the top of my list for any future furniture needs. I will definitely be returning to Conan in the future!

We travelled to the Boucher Road store…
We travelled to the Boucher Road store on Saturday looking for a sofa! We were greated by Simon who was very friendly and professional and helped us in our decision! He talked trough everything and helped us get sorted! Great Experience in Store
Called into the Holywood Store last week to look for a sofa and chair for our Conservatory and some bedroom furniture. We were looked after by Senior sales executive, Donna Thompson. We had a great experience in store from start to finish. Donna listened carefully to our requirements before showing us some sofas, giving us some great advice and ideas. After choosing a sofa and matching chair, we then asked about beds. Again Donna listened to our specific requirements before explaining carefully the various options. At no time did we feel any pressure into buying or rushed into making a decision. We also decided on buying some bedside units and drawers. Donna then explained carefully the finance options and the whole process was made very simple and straightforward from start to finish. Thank you Donna, we are looking forward to taking delivery of our new sofa and bedroom furniture in the coming weeks.
