Wir sind vom Kundenservice von Thousand wirklich begeistert. Auf unsere E-Mail wurde unglaublich schnell reagiert – freundlich, unkompliziert und vor allem absolut kundenorientiert.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass unser Helm selbst nach vier Jahren völlig problemlos und kostenlos ersetzt wurde. Keine langen Diskussionen, kein Hin und Her – einfach eine schnelle und kulante Lösung.

Genau so sieht für uns echter Service aus: schnell, unkompliziert und immer im Sinne des Kunden.

Ein großes Kompliment an das gesamte Team von Thousand. So schafft man Vertrauen und langfristig zufriedene Kunden.

I am waiting for a refund for a delivery that never arrived - I have been waiting 5 days for them to respond to an email - I would never buy from this company again due to their unresponsiveness

Had a warranty issue with a helmet. Quick to resolve and accommodating.

I have a large head, and most helmets fit strange. But this one takes the biscuit. It’s a reasonable fit, but total mushroom. Also surprisingly heavy. Wasn’t impressed that it came in a box on its own. I get the company is trying to be eco, but it feels like one of the few times where bubble wrap makes sense. The hunt for a light, low profile helmet in a size large continues… hopefully the return process goes smoothly - which is a burden as it means going to post office and paying for a tracked return. Feels like a good quality helmet though.

I had a great experience with customer service. The tightening dial on the back of my daughter's helmet fell off. Thousand immediately responded to my email asking for a replacement part by sending me a new helmet. They were quick and reliable, and my daughters have loved their products!

i purchased a thousand helmet around covid. it's still functional but aesthetically displeasing so i purchased a new one a couple of months ago. Completely understandable that a helmet would become worn by use especially being that it's worn under the sun. The glue on the second helmet i purchased started to give away which caused the lip of the helmet to fall off. i reached out since the helmet comes with a 1 year warranty. they had me send them a picture of the helmet and on the very next email they confirmed that they were sending me a free replacement helmet. Great company. Great warranty.

I bought a new helmet after my son had "borrowed" it some time ago. Unfortunately, the shipping company mis-sorted it and it is now sitting idly in a warehouse in MI, protecting no heads. Fortunately, the customer service at thousand recognized the hopeless plight of the helmet and moved to send a replacement in its stead. My noggin can rest easy.

So far it’s been a disaster awful customer service
We ordered the wrong size by mistake literally two minutes later contacted customer service to ask them
To change and that’s where it’s started to go wrong for some
Reason they cannot cancel
An order which makes me wonder who is the actual manufacturer of these helmets and maybe they are just a generic model
The manager was bordering on arrogant
I’ve never experienced such poor service a company is only as good as they are dealing with issues and these are deffo a 0
Anyway when the wrong helmet arrives we will now have to go through the faff of returning it !!!!
Just so pointless

I've been trying to get a human to respond for 6 months. Their LLM is bad at its job and after it says it will need a human and to wait 2-3 days I never hear back. The helmet might be good, I don't know. It's too big.

Die Rückabwicklung ist nicht darstellbar. Ich musste Pay Pal einschalten. Ich einen Kauf der Helme aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht empfehlen. Der Kunde wird für dumm verkauft.

Absoluter Betrug. Nach wiederholten Anfragen, mir doch bitte einen Retourenschein zu senden (es liegt bei der Sendung keiner dabei), wurde ich erst mit billigen Ausreden von wegen "wir müssen das Label erst bei unserer zuständigen Abteilung anfragen, was einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen kann" hingehalten und erhalte jetzt überhaupt keine Antwort mehr.
Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, dort einzukaufen.

Je n’ai reçu aucune information d’expédition à ce jour, et mon précédent mail est resté sans réponse.

Thousand betreibt geo-fencing, was in der Schweiz verboten ist. Kundenanfragen werden mit nichtssagenden KI-generierten Antworten abgetan.
Nicht zu empfehlen.

My wife lost her old magnetic bike light. A fault of hers, not the light. I ordered a replacement from Thousand but unfortunately ordered the wrong one. Easily done as the helmets are v similar. Thousand sorted out a replacement for the replacement really quickly. Really good customer service. My wfie has had the helmet 2 or 3 years. Its cool looking, really robust and has great features like the magnetic light and a pop out for putting a bike lock through

ACHTUNG, ACHTUNG!

Diese "Firma" hat keinen einzigen Stern verdient. Sehr schlechte Qualität, Retoure nur möglich über eigene Kosten (nach China !) und keine Rückerstattung nach etlichen wiederholende Mails von der "Firma", wo man letztlich nur hingehalten wird.

Ich habe den Paypal Käuferschutz benutzt und nach 3 (!) Monaten glücklicherweise mein Geld zurück bekommen.

NIEMALS wieder werde ich hier bestellen !!!!!

Schade dass man kann hier keine Fotos posten. Die Hosen, die ich bekomme, ähneln nicht einmal dem, was sie auf dem Website-Foto aussehen. Wenn Sie eine Rückerstattung von 49 € für lustige Hosen erhalten möchten, denken Sie darüber nach, sie nach China zu schicken und die 56 € für den Transport selbst zu bezahlen. Also, ein sauberes Betrug.
