Expedia have refused a refund for a scam hotel om their platform in Yerevan Armenia. Leaving me high and dry. The hotel doesn't exist and calls were unanswered but no interest in assisting. So happy work with shinks and scammers, for me to now dispute a transaction.

I will never use Expedia again
I will never use Expedia again. They waste time of all their call centre staff to say the same customer service nonsense to placate customers without providing the service. I booked a motel room and their internet had a cliche two separate bookings. One hotel kindly changed the dates no problem but some miserable motel owner in Hopetoun WA refused to cooperate, but he took the funds even though I wont be there that night. Wotif?Expedia are just low life predators.

Hotel and room are clean
Hotel and room are clean, staff are friendly. Lots of space. We stayed in the 2 room apartment - open concept. Pets are accommodated, but it is a high fee of $250 additional for the stay (no matter how long).

As a repeat user I had cash available to use which made the price great, but it's also just so easy to book and cancel if required. I would have booked more but there seems to be several areas you don't have accommodation.

Incorrect Itinerary
I booked flights to the UK in October. When I received my itinerary the flight time and day for the Singapore to LHR flight were incorrect. As it was not possible to speak to someone I contacted Expedia online. I did not get a clear answer to my questions the first time after spending hours online trying to get an answer. The second time I went online the operator offered multiple reasons that the timings were different to what I had booked. All of which made no sense. He said he would send an email with the correct flight days and times to confirm I was booked on the flights I had chosen. I never received an email. I ended up putting my booking number into the Qantas website to get the correct information. It was a very frustrating experience. Sometimes you just need to speak to a real person!
