I actually got extremely good service from this company and very surprised at so many negative reviews. I ordered 3 separate items via GoGroupie and only had a problem with delivery via Yodel on last delivery. I emailed the company with all the information I had of references, dates and delivery notes/tracking numbers. Their representative, Jack, replied and sent me another delivery whilst he handled/sorted his end with Yodel.
I am extremely happy with end result.

This company sent me the wrong item, I then had to take it to a drop off to be returned, and was told that I would have to wait until they received the returned item before they sent what I originally ordered and paid for! Dreadful service.

Avoid these idiots, they are nothing but amateurs - they take your money, an you do not receive the item(s) you paid for.
They do not contact at all.
They are con artists, you try calling them on their number, 020 83749790, they do not pick up. They do not even reply to emails- that in itself raises red flags.
Weeks and weeks go by, an you do not here anything from them.
I do not know how they are allowed to trade - why aren't Trading Standards looking into these fools and shutting their operation down???

Ordered an item via their Groupon page. Delivery was quite slow due to an apparent issue with Yodel collections, but I ultimately did receive the item and for how cheap it was I can't complain too much. Natalie's customer service was very helpful as well.

Purchased via Groupon for my little boy but they haven't bothered to despatch the item, nor are they responding to Groupon's chase. Clearly a fake company.

They sold me a second hand broken ps4 controller they claimed was new. When I returned to PlayStation they said it was way out of warranty and years ol. Exhale boutique took over a year to acknowledge complaint and wouldn’t deal with it, then finally accepting the item
Back they took another year to not send out a replacement or issue a refun after many emails giving BS excuses each time or false promises. I never received this as had to go to police for fraud.

Fabulous customer service. The item I ordered was not delivered (despite the courier saying it had been) The item was replaced and sent again, along with an additional gist as a gesture of goodwill. All emails responded to prom promptly

I had made a purchase via wocher and it hadn't arrived on the given date.
After emailing this company, a young man named Jack helped immediately and replied with a very caring email assuring the goods would arrive in the next couple of days. What a star!!

Worst company i have ever dealt with in my life! Avoid at all costs!!!
Order took nearly a month to come after back and forth emails, phone calls, whatsapp messages. Was told i will get a £10 credit for being patient and have still got nothing. The absolute garbage that comes out their mouths is horrendous! Do not spend your money with this atrocious company!

I have purchased 2 PS4 controllers on WOWCHER. The reseller within WOWCHER is called Exhale Boutique from the homonym website exhaleboutique

While WOWCHER refunded me ONLY 1 controller and not the second one, the re-seller Exhale Boutique told me that they could offer me the original controllers within days (but not a refund). I refused, I rejected to have any device from them. They are acting illegally and I am also reporting them and WOWCHER too to the police for fraud.

Everyone, be careful to this SCAM websites.

Absolutely awful company, avoid like the plague!!!

Implied genuine ps4 controller online which it wasn't so didnt work with my console. Contacted exhale to send send me a genuine controller replacement. Sent my controller back and was told genuine controller was en route. Been 4 months, exhale completely ignoring me, no money, no controller. Absolute con artists! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

So I purchased a ps5 through wow her with the additional controller back in April I have received the item of ps5 box came all battered and ripped and no proper packaging in the box clearly a rebought item from eBay even though I paid over £700 . Since then in may I have been trying to get my refund for additional controller which never showed up and exhaled blamed wow her for the wrong voucher I was offered £50 refund for the damaged box …eBay item and 25 for the additional controller I have been emailing for a long time keep getting throbbed off with different excuses about my refund which I have still not got since may and only 2weeks ago I was advised I would receive a voucher with in the postal service via second class which I have not received so I have been speaking with my solicitor and only option is small claims so there for tomorrow I will be sending over the letter from solicitor over to small claims and send to exhale boutique tomorrow.

I know that there are people on here lost more than me in regards to money but we each fight for our own make sure you have evidence and keep a log of everything

The company is a joke. Please do not order from them. I have paid approx. £700 through wowcher for my a PS5 with an additional controller all the way back in April. This was for my nephews 14th birthday present and as you can guess, it has never arrived. I am emailing, calling and nothing. I am gobsmacked Wowcher allow this to happen. Please don't get caught out like I did. Avoid them at all costs.

This boutique definitely has some unique items and one-of-a-kind accessories. The clothing was a little high priced but had special sale to make it more affordable. The sales support communicated with me always for updates

Ordered a Dualsense controller with them through Wowcher. The item never arrived, and when contacting Exhale Boutique I was ignored multiple times. The only time they got in contact with me was when I raised a Paypal dispute with Wowcher and managed to get some tracking details which were absolutely fake.

Wowcher are now processing my refund. Absolute joke that this company is allowed to operate like this and that Wowcher allow scams running through their site.

Please avoid!

Ordered PS5 back in March via wow her No PS5 and no communication back from them.

Trying to get a refund but can’t get a response from them by email and phone number just says this number is currently unavailable!

They have over £600 of my money and not heard a peep from them. I think I’ve been scammed!

I bought a PlayStation 5 at the start of April and due to wowcher messing up my order and then theft of ware house to exhale boutique they have been so amazing and extremely good, customer service is 100 percent and any issues I had they have dealt with so fast a efficiently

I must say main person I spoke with Charlene she has responded to emails and query’s so fast it’s amazing considering the mess wowcher has put them in with my order.

I ordered the ps5 with additional controller from “wowcher” which I felt was a trusted website.

I have not received the order it has been since the first week of April now !

I received a complimentary gaming glasses which I would say not the most highest quality.

On Wowcher it stated that they have delievered the console but they delivered the glasses

After lots of emails and back and forth with wowcher emailing the merchant to get answers we have discovered the factory was robbed and all the stock has gone !

Now I know this was out of their hand and this can happen to any business, however as a customer listening to this I was concerned about me losing my money .

An advisor from Exhale did state they are awaiting stock from Sony and she was very friendly and calm.

The communication however has been good just disappointed on promises delivery dates - key advice to staff to customers would be under promise over deliver !

I will be processing a refund with them .

Customer Service is no priority.
72 hours to reply to each email with a noddy excuse like our warehouse has been burgled. However they still manage to send you a complimentary pair of glasses instead of your £800 order. It's laughable.

After reading other reviews it seems I'm clearly not the only one with the issue.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I had to give a 1 star rating as unable to proceed with a review. In fact its a disgraceful company in every aspect. -10 will be my actual rating. Sounds like a 1 man band company who try to take advantage of their customers.

We bought a PS5 via wowcher... How wowcher can conduct business with them is beyond me. I will no longer be shopping on their site!

I was due my item 08.04.22, we effectively communicated with them and false promises.. To our shock we received a cheap pair of plastic glassed worth 20p, if that. Was this in place of my item over £700? I immediately alerted the police and bank as it clearly represents a fraud case. I went on to email wowcher and this company and notified them of this fraud and its being investigated. Within a few hours, we get a notification we will be expecting a delivery next day.. hilarious!

Again to our shock we only received part of the order (no communication regarding the other item) the box was damaged and packed in such a dreadful way. My 7 year old could have packaged it better and protected the item. This raising questions is this item even a legitimate PS5...!?

I received an email stating the dodgy glasses were a gift for the delay 😂 and that I should return my ps5 item for a full refund as they could not deliver my full goods I paid for and the fact they are getting investigated... alarm bells.

Today, I have requested they collect the item, which I have not opened and apply a full refund. Let's see what happens.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
