Exceptional Villas did an excellent job planning our entire trip! The house was beautiful and staff outstanding. Yvonne and Rowena answered all our questions immediately! We had a great time in Barbados.

We had a fabulous time at St Helena’s Villa in Barbados. We went for a family vacation to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Since there were 16 of us ranging from ages 72 - 3, there were many different needs to be met. Marianne was great in helping out with pre planning logistics, as well as Jennifer in Barbados.
The staff at this villa were so awesome and accommodating . Food was absolutely delicious with all home cooked meals - so much better and healthier than restaurant food! They were more than willing to give us what we wanted - having 7 children with us that were swimming, snorkeling, tubing all day ensured they were very hungry.
Adrian and chefs were great at helping out with meal planning and anything else we needed . The Villa and cottage were both beautiful and so well maintained. It was lovely to sit every evening at that beautiful table outside - all of us - enjoying dinner together.
This was truly a vacation for for everyone! Our family will remember this for years to come……it was perfect!
We would highly recommend Exceptional Villas - they really helped us plan a wonderful vacation.

DO NOT BOOK WITH EXCEPTIONAL VILLAS – MISLEADING, UNHELPFUL, AND INDIFFERENT TO SAFETY

We booked Little Bay View House through Exceptional Villas, and it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. The property was dangerous, dirty, and completely misrepresented — and to make matters worse, Exceptional Villas, and specifically our contact Gwladys, were utterly unhelpful when we needed support the most.

We stayed only one night, and even that was too long. I was injured when a bathroom door collapsed on me — a shocking and serious safety issue. The home was filthy, with cheap, flimsy furniture that was barely usable. I’m only 5 feet tall and 100 lbs, and even I felt like the chairs and beds were made for children.

The property was also not secure — you couldn’t lock both sides of the “villa,” and the advertised “beach access” was a complete lie. The listing was full of misleading information.

When we contacted Gwladys at Exceptional Villas for help, she showed zero empathy or accountability. Despite the injury, the unsafe conditions, and false advertising, we were met with dismissive replies and no attempt to resolve anything. They refused to offer a refund, refused to take any responsibility, and made it clear they could not care less.

Exceptional Villas is anything but exceptional. Their customer service is nonexistent, their listings are deceptive, and they abandon clients the moment there's a problem.

We felt scammed, unsafe, and ignored. Save yourself the risk — book with a company that actually supports their clients and vets their properties.

**Since I can’t reply to your comment: the “partial” refund wasn’t even 1/3 of the cost of what we paid when we only stayed one miserable night AND it was issued to us then taken BACK. FRAUD and MISLEADING

The Villa is spacious and gorgeous, with an ocean view over the infinity pool, nice evening lighting, comfortable rooms. The staff was truly magnificent, creating beautiful and delicious meals according to our preferences, lovely drinks, both cocktails and mocktails. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, or to stay again. There were 13 of us, and every person was delighted. Exceptional Villas also did an excellent job of preparing us for the experience, always available to answer questions and provide guidance for our time in Puerto Vallarta

I have used Exceptional Villas for booking Villas in Antigua, Italy, and now Greece. I like the fact that Exceptional Villas staff has built relationships with the owners (often over many years) and that the staff has stayed at many of the properties and are therefore familiar with the pros and cons of each offering. This trip I worked with Alannah Harrington to book two villas (one in Crete and the other in Santorini). Alannah took the time to provide me with feedback on the available options and then booked the villas for me. I was confident that the villas would be fantastic (and they were). Once the villas were booked, I worked with a concierge, Elaine Donahue. Elaine seems to be available 24/7 for all of my questions before and during the trip. She booked all transports and excursions and similarly to Alannah she knew which were the best transport and tour companies to use. Exceptional Villas offers outstanding service and I will continue to use them to insure a fantastic vacation. Absolutely the best staff.

Incredible trip... from the second I contacted Exceptional Villas to the day of arrival - everything was handled perfectly! From food delivery, transportation, in house chefs, alcohol delivery to boat charters, Mary handled everything for us! Would 100% use again!

A Dream Getaway – Beyond All Expectations!
From the moment we arrived at the Coral Pavillion, we were enveloped in luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. The villa itself is nothing short of spectacular—tastefully designed, immaculately maintained, and offering every amenity one could imagine. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully curated for both relaxation and indulgence. The private beach was icing on the cake!
What truly elevated our experience, however, was the outstanding staff. Our butler was an absolute gem—attentive yet unobtrusive, anticipating our needs with warmth and grace. Whether it was organizing excursions, preparing the perfect cocktail, or setting up a surprise sunset dinner, he did it all with effortless charm and professionalism.
The rest of the staff was equally impressive. Housekeeping maintained everything flawlessly and discreetly, while the chef created culinary masterpieces that turned every meal into a celebration. We also love Marianne with Exceptional Villas. She organized every detail, including coordinating my 50th Birthday Cake inspiration!
It felt like staying in a five-star boutique resort—but with the privacy and comfort of a home. We left feeling pampered, refreshed, and already dreaming of our return. This stay was truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the pinnacle of hospitality.

It was truly glorious to work with Elaine Donoghue! She is the definition of a true professional: reliable, detail oriented, responsive, and with a great sense of humor. Elaine also suggested a fabulous hotel in Palermo which we would not have found on our own. She sent an extensive list of restaurants in Taormina which will be awesome to try. Everything about Elaine is First Class! It was so easy to work with her and I have 100% confidence in all the reservations she made on our behalf. I am traveling with 3 girlfriends and we can't wait to experience Reggiamare Villa. I only wish I could meet Elaine in person. She is your number one employee
