The team at Exceptional Villas is fantastic! Thais worked with me over email and phone to find the very best property for our needs. She patiently advised regarding island neighborhoods, villa locations, and she had firsthand knowledge of nearly all the villas. The process was smooth and so helpful. After booking Aurelia helped me with restaurant recommendations then secured dinner reservations for every night of our trip.

Our group of 12 just returned from having spent 7 nights at La Salamadre in St. Martin. It was exactly as pictured in the photos. The villa, and the surrounding grounds, were stunning. It was spacious & well stocked. It was immaculate. The groundskeepers did a great job. Catherine, the housekeeper, was amazing. Working for a little over 1 year to secure the reservation, make payments, etc. with Exceptional Villas as smooth, drama-free and they were very responsive. We'd love to stay at La Salamandre again and we'd certainly go through Exceptional Villas again.

Beautiful villa on the beach in a great location. Close to Holetown for shops and restaurants. Organisation prior to our arrival was first class and staff on arrival welcoming and friendly.
Villa tastefully decorated, very well equipped and our first meal with our cook was delicious.

Outstanding communication! Prompt, responsive, informative, and relevant. The team anticipates our needs and made the trip planning fun! Can’t recommend Exceptional Villa’s enough. Rowena did a fabulous job of organising everything for us, arranging transfers, shopping, car hire and restaurant bookings.

Stayed in a villa at Windjammer Landing & Resort in St. Lucia. While the overall experience with Exceptional Villas and Windjammer was good, there are some things they fail to mention and I was not overly impressed with Windjammer. There were some little things that added up, which made me decide this would not be a place I would stay at again. All inclusive is quite expensive and the expectation is that everything would be kept stocked at all times. None of that happened. We had to call over and over to get items like water and soda restocked. Towels were left in a bag outside the door or on the floor somewhere. Sugar and creamer for the coffee was always out and multiple calls had to be made to get it restocked. This is not the type of service I was expecting.
Exceptional Villas fail to mention all the stairs in the villa and the pictures do not show them either. Constant up and down 27-33 steps multiple times a day is not ideal for older guests and should be mentioned. The villa itself is quite dated and not what I am used to when described as luxury.
Windjammer restaurants are good. Food is excellent. However, the majority of options require a reservation which is not ideal if you don't want to be tied down to a schedule. Also, some of the restaurant service is very slow. 3 hours for dinner is pretty lengthy especially if you have children. Windjammer convenience store is great to have but they charge different prices to different people for the same items. This happened to us several times at the store and the souvenir shop.
Overall, we had a good time and St. Lucia is beautiful. We have visited the country several times but I wanted to try a different experience. We will definitely be going back to Sandals for future Caribbean vacations.
