We had a blast in Barbados with our family. The team at Exceptional Villas was super super helpful and thanks to them everything went well. Special thanks to Rowena who was outstanding, booked restaurants for us and more. The App is very useful and helps you with the timing of event booked for you as well as arrival and departure times for the family( we were arriving and flying to different countries).
The Villa is located is a very nice complex, one step close to the beach where you can enjoy daybeds provided by tue club. You can also enjoy the amenities (sport club, tennis courts…)at the Royal Westmorland club.
The staff, for us the wonderful Ms Nancy, was attentive and always ready to help and even cook a delicious Baja’s meal for us.
Overall a fantastic experience and we HIGHLY recommend Exceptional Villas.
We will be back !

We went for my Partner's 30th birthday, with a total of 12 of us. It was the greatest experience, with great attention to our plans and helping us in the months ahead to ensure we had everything we needed from car service, groceries stocked, to reservations at a couple restaurants. We couldn't be more thrilled with out this trip turned out. The layout is perfect for a large group, lots of activity space but also areas that are private for those wanting quiet and enjoy their space. Thank you so much Big Chill we can't wait to come back.

We had the best week of our lives at the villa, Little Plum, part of Exceptional Villas. Everything was perfectly set up for us, clean, and exactly as advertised. The house was truly special, complete with a private backyard and a three-minute walk to a crystal-clear beach. Everyone from Exceptional Villas was friendly, helpful and couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect. We will be back.

Mary M was wonderful to work with as I sorted out details for our Casa de Campo villa in the Dominican Republic for a family trip of 7 adults traveling from three US states. She was patient and thorough in researching answers to ALL of my questions about everything from airport transfers, groceries, dinner reservations, to a wide range of activities everyone might enjoy. Mary and I had a daily email exchange and she followed my lead of keeping order to our daily messages which made it so to keep track of everything we were discussing. We're excited to get to our destination next week and enjoy all that Mary helped us organize!

Prompt and efficient pre arrival planning!

The reservation process was simple and clear. The follow up on questions we had was fast and complete. The concierge service (Elaine and others) was very accommodating and fast to respond. While we have not taken the trip yet, we feel like the arrangements have all been made with very little trouble on our part. The EV team has been fantastic!

Everyone is kind and patient and works to get you exactly what you’re looking for in a get away vacation.
