Unboxing the package was a joy on its own, everything looks so beautiful and well thought through. You can clearly see the Eternal Muse team put in so much time and effort into their products and presentation for an amazing customer experience.

I immediately used it last night, a little worried my hopes were up too high. But let me tell you - this morning I woke up with hair that literally never looked better. It’s AMAZING and I’m never going to sleep without again! Wow!!

In addition to my above enthusiasm, I had a question regarding the shipment of my order and the customer service responded immediately and so genuinely kind and helpful. I’m so impressed and a huge fan. Eternal Muse team: keep up this amazing work, you’re doing something really extraordinary!

stunning packaging ! The quality, the art, the aesthetic is stunning!! I'm so used to everything being wrapped in plastic bags, it stands out so much that you have high quality packaging... and the products are fab! I got the curler and bonnet, curls turned out lovely :) the high quality packaging really sets the standard for the products 💕

I wish I had purchased heatless curlers a long time ago. So easy to use. I have just purchased the hair mist and bun bons. The customer service team are so helpful and gave me lots of advice on what would suit my fine hair! Thank you so much Eternal Muse, I will be back to get some more of your quality products!

Well, where do I begin with Eternal Muse's customer service? Let's just say it was nothing short of a circus act.

I’ll reply to the email where they are bullying here to hopefully save others.

I had the pleasure of waiting a whopping FIVE weeks for an order that never showed up. When I had the audacity to inquire about a refund, their customer service rep decided to play armchair psychologist and suggested I seek "professional help." Newsflash, Eternal Muse: I'm not the one who needs help; your customer service might. Last time I checked, expecting a product you purchased to arrive isn't a symptom of needing therapy.

Let's address this like adults, shall we? When a customer waits over five weeks for a shipment that never arrives and is then belittled for seeking a refund, the word "scam" seems pretty fitting.

As for refraining from shopping with Eternal Muse in the future as you demanded per email, don't worry - I wouldn't dream of subjecting myself to another round of your delightful customer service. I'll gladly take my needs elsewhere, where respect and professionalism actually exist.

To sum it up: if you enjoy being toyed with and bullied by a company that’s scamming , by all means, shop at Eternal Muse - you won’t get your items nor your money back. But if you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear. There are plenty of other fashion haunts out there that actually appreciate their customers. 🖤

I ordered the set of 3 bun bons, the quintessence mist and the curl comb.

The first time I used the comb, the head fell off the handle - not too big of an issue as it pops back in, but not really ideal for it to be popping apart when you're using it

The bun bons are really lovely and pretty comfortable to sleep in but unfortunately, after countless attempts at using them and following tutorials etc (after watching them for months before deciding to buy them), my hair just won't curl with them or give me any sort of bounce or blowout look. As in, my hair falls completely flat within 5-10 minutes, even after sleeping in them all night and then even for some time after.

If I use the comb at all, my hair instantly goes flat and doesn't do what it does in the videos I've seen.

The quintessence mist has also been a total waste of money as it does absolutely nothing for me. I was really hoping it would help to keep the style like the videos on Instagram and TikTok suggest but that really hasn't been the case for me at all.

I'll keep trying with them in case I somehow magically find a way that works for me but I'm not holding out much hope, which is a shame as I was really hoping that these would really work for me

I'm convinced all these reviews are bought. I have tried and failed to use their heatless rollers and spray a number of times, despite following instructions to the letter it looks awful every time. I have reached out on Instagram for help and received no reply. It feels like I just wasted a lot of money on this nonsense.

Eternal Muse hair products continue to impress me! Everything is such an amazing quality and the packaging is simple beautiful. Don't hesitate to buy some heatless hair products as they give 10/10 results every time!

I was reluctant to buy as I thought it was just a lot of hype but seriously the curler is a game changer!!
My hair is naturally poker straight and normal curls with a hot tool last maybe 4-6 hours. However, i used the ‘original size’ heatless curler straight after I had washed and dried my hair, went straight to bed with it in, took it out at 7am. I still had fully curly hair at 6:30pm, and wavy hair at 7am the following morning, having done nothing further to it.
So glad I bought it and I will be buying the jumbo size next. These things are incredible and it’s worth buying from here rather than the cheap less effective ones from elsewhere.

I have 4 of their heatless curling rods, 2x mini 1x midi and 1x original. I absolutely adore them and they give me the most beautiful curls. After a while the random mousses I used weren't as effective anymore so I started using the Quintessence. This one works perfectly for its use. I received a leaking one a while ago and with the shipping costs to the Netherlands of €9,95 this is quite expensive. Sent them a message on Instagram and received a new one, so grateful ❤️ I would definitely order more of the Quintessence and would recommend this brand to anyone. Hopefully the shipping costs to the Netherlands can get a bit lower in the future, I might even order more. Thank you so much for the perfect products and customer service. ❤️✨️

Beautiful packaging! Comes in this solid textured gift box, the actual product is so soft and like a pillow, can barely feel it on my head! Customer service was also 10/10 absolutely recommend!

The products are the highest quality of any other comparable product out there. They work great, they hold up a long time and the colors are beautiful.

The heatless curler from eternal muse is absoluty the best. My curls hold amazing, where normally (with other heatless curlers or curling irons) my hair goes flat.
The service is amazing, they are so kind and helpful. And even shipping to Holland goes really quick.

I love your Heatless curl package! They came in the most beautiful packaging, all wrapped up so pretty and the product itself is just brilliant - haven’t found one I can sleep comfortably in yet until I found yours! Curls come out absolutely perfect and last all day! No frizz either like I get with others! Definitely going to be getting the maxi pack at some point aswell for the blowout look!

Beautiful product thank you Eternal Muse. I’ve used a number of Heatless curlers over the last 6 months and this one is by far the best. It’s extremely soft and easy to use, the band is long enough for medium length hair and the clips and scrunches are lovely too. I also purchased the eternal muse spray, it really does help smooth the hair and set the curl. I’m so impressed with these products!!

Eternal Muse makes the most amazing heatless curler products that gives you beautiful results! I'll be honest, I was skeptical of the results I was seeing on Instagram, but decided to buy my own to test it out and couldn't be happier. Their heatless curler is so easy to use and gives me the most beautiful curls while I sleep. It's comfortable to sleep in as well, I can sleep on my side with it. I'm literally having women come up to me in the streets to ask which salon I had my hair done at.

The Eternal Muse team are so lovely as well! They are active on social media and enthusiastic about sharing their customer's experiences/results. They are responsive, answer questions, and actively engage with their community.

I ordered a heatless curler as a gift and it arrived in a teared box. I reached out to eternal muse who refused to resolve this and simply told me to give the gift anyway. When buying a product from any store you expect it to be in the condition described and not damaged and I’m sure they themselves would not give a damaged gift to someone else. I have offered to return it at their cost if they are unable to replace the box, which is addition unnecessary hassle. I would avoid ordering form this company as based on their response this seems to be a common issue that they will try to rip you off for.

I absolutely adore the Eternal Muse products and am so thrilled to have found them. I've had a original curler for a while and have just added bonbons and a mini curler to my collection. I'm a self-employed, toddler mum and it is just the best, most perfect, reliable addition to my routine to make sure I feel good about my hair, which is long and thick and a challenge to style.

These products just do work and are the most comfortable option on the market. If your results aren't what you're hoping for this probably is a question of technique and practice and I really recommend watching the info & tutorials as they helped me hugely!

Ordering has always been easy, shipping to me has been super quick and reliable. Packaging is incredible and you'll want to reuse it for beauty storage!
