eSignal Arvostelua 

This is truly a FANTASTIC product and once you get the hang of what it has to offer you will NEVER want to be WITHOUT IT. Have tried other products BUT NEVER was without my eSIgnal working in the background.

Have used eSignal for many many years now and have come to rely on their feeds and software always being available. I use their Qlink feed into my excel spreadsheets for day-trading and find that also to be extremely reliable.

I have been a subscriber to ESignal quote system for over a decade with different acct numbers. I continue to use it but have seriously considered cancelling because the costs skyrocket to pay for all the changes which I absolutely hate. Please don't change anything for the users that want simplicity. I repeat, I don't want new versions and updates and ability to monitor multiple platforms etc or whatever the new thing is to justify a price increase. What are the chances of a much much lower price platform for someone like myself that doesn't want all the bells and whistles?

Although now eSignal has chart capabilities and technical indicators of their own, I started using it just for the live quotes. For the past 15 years, I have been using their data stream to run my legacy Tradestation 2000i. It is very reliable. Sometimes if I forget to put my PC on, or my PC goes down do to a power glitch, I can retrieve all the historical data I need from their server to fill in the gaps in my charts. 30 years ago, when I became a customer, it was the Data Broadcasting Corp, and the quotes were sent over FM sideband. How things have changed!

I have had eSignal for over 10 years, and have never understood very well how to use it. I have called tech support several times but have never really gotten sufficient help to be able to take advantage of it. Also, I don't believe you can print the pages, which is a terrible disability. If I knew of a better alternative, I'd take it.

1) You guys provide excellent data and customer service.
2) I trade futures and currencies and your pricing is one of the more expensive with other data providers (that I have compared)
3) With other data providers, the CME bundle package includes the DX and TF, whereas you charge extra for those indicies
4) I use Advanced GET real-time and am anchored to only using you as a data provider to run that expensive program (I don't care for that)
5) Advanced GET needs further development perhaps including supply and demand features

i love esignal. My favorite feature is the dashboard. I use stoch as a quick checkup of my stocks and will delve into the chart to confirm.
And great tech support. My only comment is I would like it to offer some of the features that Q charts does--especially the quote sheet where a stock if it is hitting a high for the day will be green and red for the daily low. I also like the auto fib feature.
