Buyers be ware of Esee Wigs. Necy Hu, CEO of Esee Wigs is not an honorable business person and she will cheat you out of your money.

I ordered two NPU toupees from Esee Wigs January of 2021. They arrived in the wrong color. I ordered an 80% grey blend. But I received a 20% grey blend. I complained. Necy said I had to keep it and she could not be held accountable for a system problem on the AliExpress ordering app.

I kept the wrong color and dyed the rest of my hair, in mid February, to match these two new toupees when I was ready for the color change.

The NPU system did not fit correctly and had defects along the edges. It was rippling in the front and rear. I requested a return / exchange or refund.

Necy and I had multiple text exchanges about the issue since the AliExpress return time had expired before I had even tried to use the toupee and realized the defects. The end result was that I was to send the two defective toupees back for a refund. Mind you, I was forced to wear the defective one because I had to change my hair color to match the toupee to begin with. I was nearly all grey. Now I'm 1B20, dull black with a small amount of grey.

Meanwhile she offered me two French lace units similar to what I had been using for years prior, (when I purchased from another seller). I followed her instructions and made my order, paid for the purchase, received the order prematurely, and then requested a refund with the reason (no longer need item) in order to get a refund on the original defective order.

I ordered her recommended 6x8 size replacement and received 5x7 size. I complained again!!! She advised me to try extra stretching of the french lace to made it cover the entire shaved area of my scalp. Of course I was furious by this absurd suggestion. Because we all know that as soon as you sweat or shower, it will shrink back to its 5x7 size.

After much battling with Necy about this, she agreed for me to return 3 of the 4 toupees for a refund. I spent 3 days trying to find a cost effective way to return these items, in their original packaging, back to her from the small island that I reside on in Europe. The best price I could find was 110 euros.

On the day that the box was to be picked up by DHL Express, she informed me that my time for returning had expired and I was owed no refund and to not send the toupees back.

We battled via text for 2 1/2 hours about this. She finally agreed to refund my money, minus 20%, if I keep the toupees. I accepted her offer and responded back with the euro amount that I would be expecting. She responded back that she doesn't make much profit and then lowed her offer to 40% of my costs, but in US dollars. I spent 485 euros with her on these 4 toupees that were the wrong color, defective, and/ or the wrong size. She offered me $159.00 which converts to 133 euros. This was a total insult.

I responded back that with the screen shots of the currency conversions and recalling our previous agreements. Which she kept breaking day by day.

I made her aware that $159 dollars / 133 euros was not acceptable. I concluded that I expected her to honor her original promise of 80% of my costs which would be $304 dollars / 255 euros. She has ignored all my text messages to her on AliExpress and Whats App since.

This owner, Necy Hu, CEO of Esee Co. LTD is a dishonest seller. You would do better to buy your hair product needs from any other seller. But stay clear of this seller. She will play dumb and then make promises that she never intends to keep.

Do not purchase from them. They advised me my item would be delayed in making because the person who makes them closed down.

This was a lesson learned I could have spent 83.00 somewhere else and got what I asked for. This is not the style or color they are showing online and the wig is so dang thin you can see through. They don't reply to you after taking your money. I'm very disappointed.😭 I hate this wig.

UPDATE:
They are refusing to process my request to cancel the item.
This being the case despite my email and WhatsApp requests for a cancellation being much earlier than when they sent off the item.
The are ignoring all my requests for a cancellation and refusing to acknowledge this. Only making excuses about the delivery. I feel quite frustrated.

This company is not based in the US. Shipping is coming from China.
I paid for UPS shipping when placing my order. It should take approx 3-7 days. When ibtriedbto use their tracking link on my email confirmation I got a blank page with some gibberish on it. I copied and pasted the tracking number directly onto the UPS tracking website and they were unable to recognize the tracking number. I emailed, whatsApped and used their online contact form and even the Chat option but no one would respond. I went into my account options and found a different tracking number for delivery by DPEX. I tried using this but it said it was unable to track the item.
I tried contacting them again and ended up texting them directly. No response. At this point I asked for a refund and asked them to cancel my order.
I received an email today from them which included:
"......so we re-shipped it by TNT tracking num xxxxxxx yesterday,and we cant recover it once shipped
We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope your understanding "

They "re-sent" it despite asking them to cancel the order. I tried to track the item but again it doesn't work. I have emailed them, WhatsApp but no response regarding my request to cancel and refund my order.

This was the worst hair buying experience. After several calls and a dispute with PayPal I finally received the wig almost a month after purchased. The hair is hard doesn’t feel good when you run your fingers through it. They sent me what looks like a 12in instead of the 16 I paid for. I’m so disappointed. Looks nothing like the picture. First and last time buying from this company

I bought wigs from this company and none of the wigs was what I ordered from the style and colour hair. I have send about 3 emails for me to return the wigs and no one has replied to give me the address for my return. To me this is either its a scam or very poor service. Please avoid dealing with companies like this.

I purchased the hair on a Friday and received it Tuesday morning. I installed it the same day. There was no smell and it’s not that much shedding.

I do a LOT of wig work for theatre companies and I’m always looking for affordable lace fronts for various projects. I stumbled on this product while searching for a different brand of wig.

The reviews favorable, and it was the right length and texture for what i needed, so I took the plunge and ordered it.

The baby hairs on the hairline were a little long for my preference, but shortening them just a bit gave a very natural appearance. The fibers of the wig are soft to the touch and the texture was exactly as pictured in the item description. The density of hair in the wig is nice. There’s plenty of hair to look natural, but not so much as to be heavy for wearing.

Based on this particular product, I would not hesitate to purchase this brand again.

Human hair is not cheap, you get what you pay for. Notice the prices on these wigs are CHEAP.

This wig came to me within a week of payment, and the customization was simply amazing. All I did was bleach my knots and pluck a tad bit more hair for the front. Overall quality: minimal shedding and very soft. Definitely will buy from this company again.

I love the wig so much !!! The shipping was very speedy and reliable. The hair is true to lengths and even longer than I expected. Hair is accurate just like the picture, hair is tangle free little to no shedding...very soft and easy to manage. Very natural looking hairline. Parting space is wonderful, I can make the braiding and the ponytail style as I want. Bleached and dyed, it still looks perfect . I've received a lot of compliments on it. and professional. The elastic band was sewed on perfectly and it fits on my head great. Shipping was quick and communication was great. They were very helpful with any questions I had. Brilliant customer service! I've just gotten into wearing wigs, and this is exactly what I needed, it fits very well, it's extremely soft, I comb and brush like would my natural hair and it doesn't shed. I am so I love with this hair that I bought a second one. I will by a few more to have them in different colors.

Please do not order. Save your money. As soon as I went in the sun the hair in the back went from being curly to matted. I couldn’t get the comb or brush through it! I contacted the company through WhatsApp, and told them the full lace wig was not entirely human hair. They disputed me even though I sent pics. Wig is no good had to be thrown away!

I purchased clip in hair extensions and not only were they the wrong color, they were the wrong length as well! When i tried calling the hotline number, It was answered by a woman who sounded like it was her home with no noise in the background who couldn't speak english. she told me to then text the whatsapp number to make my complaint and when i tried to they responded with "don't worry i will check later." WHAT?! how is this professional or a way to run a business. Turns out they refuse to pay return shipping even though they sent the wrong product so returning would have cost almost as much as my refund when i was not even certain they would give me my refund when they recieved it. Absolutely atrocious, never ever buy from them.. the quality was even disappointing!

SCAM. I ordered a black wang218 wig for my wife back in January 2018. The product I received was hideous. Not even remotely resembling the shape or color of the wig shown on the website. After getting return instructions from Lili at Essewigs, I mailed the wig back to Lili via USPS with tracking info. China does not provide tracking info back to USPS. Lili has refused many requests to issue a refund for $80. Instead they want to coerce me into buying something else from their website. Stay away from this company. Note: I have pictures of the item listed on the website, the item received, proof of return shipment, and the email exchanges with this company.

I haven't received my order yet, but I did try to log into the website after creating an account. It said I had to change my password, so I clicked on the link to change my password and it brings me back to the same page over an over again (click on this link to change your password) Nowhere to put a new password!! I want to go in and look at other wig options, and to make sure my shipping information is correct, and to see if I could track my order.
I got an email saying they don't have tracking information. They have yet to respond to me being able to go back into the website.

I learned of Esee Wigs from a friend and was still a little sceptical. However, I ordered anyway a red brazilian preplucked 14inch bob and i Love it!! The shipping was only about a week the hair is so soft and perfect i would definitely order again!

Ordered from them like 5 days ago and told them my anniversary is coming up they messed my order up I was suppose to get a 24 inch for a 18/20 . Called the “ owner” he hung up in my face and basically refused to help me . I asked for refunds constantly they refused to give me my money back . Also have screenshots! BAD COMPANY !

I'm very disappointed in what you call 100 percent human hair. I took your product to a highly professional STYLIST, to add some greys to your male hair piece and it melted. I almost died, a gift to my grandfather. If it was not for the fact i bought two and spray painted some greys in the second one. He and my grandmother would have been very disappointed. These piece was bought for a Christian event and a fort from me. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Eseewigs.com
