I recently bought a Hikvision PTZ from ErTech.
They matched the best quote I had and dispatched the camera promptly. I found the telephone service friendly and helpful, both when ordering and when asking a technical question once I had fitted the camera and was struggling to identify it on a different subnet.

Have purchased multiple times from this company, have given me advice on the phone previously to ensure I had the right product - no complaints this time, speedy delivery 10/10

The customer service has been very good and very prompt to sort out any issues with the ordering process. Despatching the goods followed quickly upon payment. Can fault them!!.

Great company, good sharp prices, and very frendly.

update 20/9/23. so after they failed to refund the money they owed me and promised to refund but failed to refund after 6 months, they then started harassing me with blasphemous text messages despite requests to stop. and then they left a review on google for my business even though they never used any of my products or services! completely dishonest company with absolutely no clue what customer service is.

I have been using this company for a few years now. I advise all my family and friends to buy there cameras etc from here reason the after sale service is second to non. I could not be happier the way how issues are dealt with from advise to product repairs. They also can recommend engineers to install your product.

Ordered a black Hilook cctv camera which was not available. Updating me on problem and switching to a white camera was efficient and effortless and goods delivered next day.

This company is by far the most helpful and cheapest I have come across. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always there to help. I recently purchased an NVR from them and returned today to purchase some extra Cameras. Once again their expertise in their field helped me choose the product that I needed for my circumstances. Yesterday l phoned them replacing a cable that connected in a hikvision CCTV camera.The gentleman asked me to send him some pictures via WhatsApp which l did
However he did not have the cable as it supplied with the camera.He them said l could repair the cable and found a link on Amazon that sold the necessary repair kit.He even took the trouble and time to see if they had a broken camera with the correct lead to no avail.
There no possible profit for this business from my enquiry but he still went out of his way to help me.
This company will be my first port of call when l replace my CCTV cameras.
