After reading an article on face book I checked my CO. Monitor and it was out of date. Searching for a new one, and there are a few, your Defender, in my opinion is really the only one to purchase. The detection rate is far superior to all I looked at and the low ppm outstripped most if not all. The price, unbeatable. Fitting was a simple affair, payment effortless. My purchase of my Defender couldn't have been easier. Your customer service, just by getting in touch with me tells it's own story.

Exactly what I wanted and fast despatch. Great quality products and extremely reasonable price.

I ordered the USB Rechargeable Defender Impact Torch, but it arrived completely defective. While the side indicator bars showed a full charge, the main LED safety torch was completely dead out of the box.When I contacted customer service to exercise my legal right to reject the item under the UK Consumer Rights Act, I was met with generic, copy-pasted scripts. The representative, repeatedly insisted that I needed to "unscrew the base" to remove a battery tab. She completely ignored the photographic evidence I sent proving that this is a factory-sealed, solid USB rechargeable unit with absolutely no openings or battery compartments.Out of desperation for a working personal safety device, I placed a second order with them for a different model. My doctor has explicitly advised me to go for regular evening walks to help ease the severe chronic pain caused by my endometriosis and debilitating sciatica flare-ups. This torch is a vital medical necessity for my peace of mind and personal safety while out walking. The representative was made fully aware of my second order, my severe health conditions, and the fact that standing in long Post Office queues is physically impossible for me. Yet, she showed zero empathy, completely disregarded my customer loyalty, and still demanded a physical return before even considering a refund for a faulty £7.41 item.It is deeply concerning that a company selling personal safety equipment has such appalling customer care, zero empathy for chronic health conditions, and flat-out refuses to read customer messages. Great website and easy to navigate. I found exactly what I was looking for straight away. I appreciated the free delivery after I purchased around the minimum amount needed for this. My items arrived very quickly on the next day and were well packaged and intact. I'm glad I bought directly from the company because I try to support businesses before I resort to buying from Amazon. With this experience I therefore highly recommend and would buy from again. I didn't have a need to contact customer services. I haven't fitted or used the items yet, but I assume there won't be any problems.

Purchased a 2-Pack of Defender Signal Blocker Mini – Faraday Pouches on-line. Product appears to be robust and hopefully it will give timely service.
From ordering to delivery, the service was seamless. I did have a query, but this was quickly resolved by Ella Hughes - Ecommerce Manager. Highly recommended.

As many other reviewers have said, the Defender signal blocking pouches are flawed. I bought 4 over a period of time. They are only used at home to put car fobs in and take out. Two pouches store spare fobs in a filing cabinet and the fobs have been removed and replaced less than 6 times, otherwise those pouches have not been touched. All 4 pouches stopped working within weeks of purchase. Do not waste your money - I am minded to report this company to Trading Standards.

Like many other, I bought the Defender Signal Blocker made by Solon Security UK and after a short while they stopped protecting the keys inside. It appears to be true that they work for a while and then over a number of months with use, they begin to fail. I can have my keys in the Faraday case and walk up to my car and not only does the car open, but I can start the engine and drive away.
