Good service, great bed. Felt a little firm at first, but now perfect, and great for my back.

Thank you ergoflex for creating the PERFECT mattress that I thought didn’t/could not exist.
I’ve had surgery on my back, have hip pain, suffer from arthritis in my neck and also currently have a rotator cuff injury!
I needed a firm mattress to support my neck and shoulder but a softer one for my back and hips. We tried an orthopaedic mattress, an Emma and a simba mattress which all exasperated my symptoms. Our last attempt (before spending thousands on a tempur) was the ergoflex. I’d read all the amazing reviews but was sceptical as we’d previously done this for the Emma and simba ones. Thank goodness we trusted in the reviews! After the first night I knew there was a huge improvement but it’s now been over a week and I’m waking up refreshed, comfortable and almost pain free (I’m receiving treatment for my shoulder injury so a mattress couldn’t cure this although it’s really helping. All other aches and pains have gone though).
We can’t wait to go to bed every night now. I should also mention that we were a little worried about waking up
uncomfortably hot through the night as this had happened on the previous mattresses we had tried. We have been been absolutely fine with the ergoflex, my husband overheats in bed, this has not happened once.
We now have family members placing orders. I hope this review helps as being unable to sleep, uncomfortable, hot and pain is awful! We suggest you just give this mattress a go and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
Ergoflex, if you’re read this then we are hoping you release a pillow next 😉

Please do yourself and your backside a favour and don't buy this mattress or any products from this company. My back is in severe pain after almost a year I bought this in November 2024 so I'm using this death trap satanic 3 foam mattress for this long is a record! I must really love being in pain then! I bought a double and they are always half price on sale this is a red flag! I tried to contact support like many others and got a long-winded wall of text and the middle finger, and a computer says no response. This is a complete scam and I fell for it! They said there is nothing physically wrong with this after I sent them the images and truthful answers. So they will turn around and blame the divan or something else to refuse you the refund that's how these mattress companies work they sell a false warranty behind a load of words that mean nothing and they can charge a fortune for a bit of foam pieces glued together! I will be notifying citizens advice to try and claw back my money! I tried all the above! What a con! I cannot believe this I'm extremely upset and all of this pain and frustration for nothing! I cannot bend over and my lower side is in agony.

Your website banner offering free returns is misleading. Cost me £45 to return the mattress even though it was within the 30 days and we didn't like it. Do not believe the free return

Our second Ergoflex. We got one earlier in year and after using it our other room's mattress just felt so bad. Supportive and comfortable mattress. Fantastic price and quick delivery. Easy to use website and no pushy sales teams.

I recently bought the queen size mattress and I can honestly say that I have never experienced a better service anywhere - and the mattress is WOW.
I no longer feel like I’m lying on rocks and the trigger spots of my fibromyalgia have gone. It does feel a little firm at first and takes a few days to get used to but if you want to sleep without pain, I highly recommend this mattress.

We had our previous Ergoflex for over 10 years but we decided to treat ourselves to a replacement. Did look at alternatives but decided to stick with the company we knew. Emailed them and customer services rang back and we purchased our replacement over the phone. Excellent service keeping us informed all the time ref delivery. You have a trial period to use/return it and although we were going to register the guarantee immediately customer service still suggested we should make use of the trial period to ensure we were totally happy with our purchase so we did and we were. Excellent service all round and if, like us, you're not computer savvy it is just so easy to do everything over the phone.

Really comfortable mattress. Took just a few hours to be usable and high quality. Price was amazing and it beats spring mattresses for support easily. I’m sure will last for many years to come.

My last mattress was a memory foam and I found this to be the best for me
When renewing my mattress the ergoflex was on promotion with the 60 nights trial
The mattress is very comfortable and I have had no issues whatsoever since day 1
I also bought the pillows and find these are great as well

Quick delivery and a very comfortable and supportive mattress.

Buyer beware.
We bought 3 mattresses a double, a king and a super king.
We noticed the super king lost its support over time (3 years)
Contacted them and after lengthy emails with photos etc they blamed the base it’s sat on which is bed frame with slates that have a very slight curve.
The other 2 beds also have similar bed frames but as they are smaller they have straight slates.
Absolutely gutted to have spent so much money with them to receive no help. I was sold by “warranty” which by the way you have to apply for even if you buy direct from them and have the online receipt.
So after 3 years we have had to buy a new mattress from dreams I was clear with the store and showed them the bed frame and they said their mattress would be covered by warranty regardless of the bed frame. So there you go a lesson learnt.

I love this mattress. Somehow manages to feel soft and supportive at the same time. Very comfortable nights sleep

It was easy to order the mattress online and it came in a box and was easy to maneuver into bedroom to unpack.

It was with great sadness that I threw out my old Ergoflex mattress, after 17 years of use, and replaced it with the newer version. The old one still seemed as good as new and could easily have lasted a few more years but the decision was made. I am happy to report that the new version is as good as the old. To me it feels slightly different from the previous one, but only a little. I still get a great sleep and backaches are still a thing of the past. Really glad I bought another one instead of trying something else.
