Epic Militaria Arvostelua 

I used they're website to purchase my items and I communicated with them via Instagram. I asked them my many questions (on Instagram) and they answered them all for me. They were very polite in general. I would also like to add that they're prices for gas masks were very reasonable. I am starting a collection of gas masks and due to Covid many stores have upped they're gas mask prices to ridiculous amounts but Epic did not (and even before Covid 19 had started people were charging crazy prices for gas masks). I am lucky to have discovered Epic Militaria since I might have bought the same type of mask but for 15 to 20 pounds instead of only 4. I would definitely recommend Epic over any other military surplus and reenactor store.

I bought a reproduction M7 bayonet which was sent out very fast, it had some fairly major manufacturing defects which really should have been caught at the factory. Instead it found it's way to me. I respectfully brought this to Epics attention and as well as sorting out a painless return, another one was checked and sent out just as quickly. The difference was significant, the customer service was polite, helpful and efficient. I had a single point of contact throughout (Mariana) so avoided the potential of an 'explainathon' each time I contacted them. Whatever you buy from Epic, I believe that they will stand behind what they sell; that has certainly been my experience.

Bought a Tan webbed german luftwaffe belt. Amazing quality however i order the wrong size. Epic militaria swapped it for me with out any questions or hassle! Now i got the right size belt. Thankyou :)

Always give credit where it is due. I’ve made a number of purchases from these guys over last few months. Always fast shipping and hassle free. Honest product description. Couple of cases lately to highlight honest business practise:

Made an eBay purchase and shipping rate was incorrect. They refunded the overpayment yet didn’t have to. Superb.

I ordered a jacket and when it arrived, the fit wasn’t correct (no problem on their part just wasn’t sure on sizing for item). I sent it back for an exchange. It was back in a few days and no charge to ship it back to me!

A fantastic online retailer! Very quick to reply to my e-mails and answered my question's accurately. Delivery was very fast, their prices are very competitive and great customer service. You couldn't ask for more from a retailer! If only some of these big "high street" store's understood the importance of this type of customer service.

Purchased the German military watch (WWII type Oberkommando der Wehrmacht) with black strap. Brilliant watch, been used daily and is reliable & sturdy. Arrived within two days! Keeps good time which is essential at work and it suffered a couple knocks..not a scratch! I advise being careful with it because it’s a beautiful watch and (again) pretty spot on to an original (including the tooled back and correct German stamp) but it can take normal wear & tear. Great for reenactors, excellent for dress down and/or daily use. Thanks again! Really appreciate it!
