Don’t do it!! System is a scam. I started with a transfer in and now about 10 months later still operations that work. Completely automated system. Cannot get money back. Nothing has ever worked besides them taking the funds.

Scammers, account has been blocked and still yet no response.only update I do get from them is no updates!

If it was possible to give 0 I would not have hesitated.
It's inconceivable not to know when this problem can be solved unless you won't it to be solved.

Our money are stuck in our accounts right before the Pandemic!!!! When are we going to have our funds back?
Give an honest response to people And not fake email templates!!!!! This is the fifth month.

ils ont bloquer les comptes depuis des mois , sans aucune explication valable , je pense que c’est une escroquerie , il y’a t’il un moyen de contacter un organisme ou de déposé une plainte collective pour récupéré notre argent ?

So before the frozen funds in my account everything was good but now they dont even update us (the customers) about the situation just writing random updates and now 1 month has passed without even update..i dont even know if the work or just hide and try to scam all of us..hope the situation wil be cleared quickly.

Пользовался данным сервисом с 2018 года. Процедура верификации не быстрая, заняла порядка 2х недель.
В личном кабинете доступны счета в 3х валютах, карты в 2х (USD, EUR).
В связи с санкциями выпустить карту для резидентов бывшего СНГ с 2019 года нет возможности, однако если у вас уже имеется карта, то ее можно пролонгировать.
Высока комиссия 2.9USD за снятие наличных в банкомате - 1 транзакция не более 300USD. В сутки Можно снять не более 1000USD.
Обслуживание карты в месяц стоит 2.9 USD если не расплачиваться ей в магазинах.
Быстрая работа службы поддержки, обо всех изменениях в работе сервиса всегда приходили письма на email и уведомления в мобильное приложение.
С 11.02.2020 сервис приостановил свою работу из-за проверки FCA.
Будем надеятся что работа возобновится после исправления замечаний
FCA. На май 2020 года компания изменила политику конфидециальности, добавлена процедура 2х факторной аутентификации (вход в сервис обязательно нужно подтвердить в мобильном приложении).

Be aware that this company has been reviewed by the FCA in England where this company is based. Since February 2020 all customer funds have been frozen. A quick Google search, especially under the 'news' tab will verify this.

I'd been using a service for about a year. Then I decided to verify my address. And there it began. They banned and unbanned my account several times. Why? I presented them with a document from a hotel in Colombia stating that I was staying there, to verify my *current* address. And asked them "will this do?" I'm a resident and citizen of other country, not even in Latin America.

They banned my account and told me "we don't accept *residents* of Colombia."

People try to get a residency by investing 6-7 figures in countries or living in them for years, and then, if they are lucky, they'll get it.

Yet, ePayments think that a resident of Colombia is any person who's simply staying in hotel in the country.

I explained them that they were wrong. They said Ok, admiting that they were wrong and but not stating it directly, and proposed that I register a new account because my previous couldn't be restored anymore due to having been banned.

"New one? May I do it?" "Yes".

A few day later they banned my new account due to "you may not have 2 accounts". Yes, they allowed me to create a new account and then banned it.

je pense quils servent de support à des escrocs de faux placement notamment sur l'or.la societé GOLD HERITAGE.com.fait ouvrir des comptes chez eux et disparait.ils sont complices et,aucun moyens de recours;
donc à fuire!

I like this company, the support service responds very quickly, it’s a very convenient platform for transferring my money. Too bad you have a problem. Just one question:
If the documents do not meet the required standards, we cannot offer our services. ---- How will you return my money and how can I log in to my account if I cannot download the application to my old mobile phone? Of course, I can claim my money and a complaint to the FCA, but I hope you will answer me very quickly.

Almost 3 MONTHS AND NO WORD ABOUT MY MONEY!!!!! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY IT TAKES SO LONG TO FIX YOUR SECURITY. BUNCH OF LIARS

Very bad experience. They didn't allow customers to use their money since 12 February 2020. Blocked their accounts. And didn't give any info when our money could be use again. It's impossible to believe to this company

Horrible service. Horrible customer support. Cant be worst!
Im left and never ever come back. Im now with Transferwise and Payonner and they are really really really GOOD.

Je suis dans le même cas que tout le monde, et je pense que l'on nous prend en effet pour des dindes... Comment tenter quelque chose y' à il un organisme à contacter pour essayer de récupérer cette argent ?
