its scam bank no reply no fix 2FA system we can't login accounts any more !!!

They are Fraud.
Since 6 month no update.
They are just fraud and scamer.
Mikhail rymanov should be in jail. They are keeping peoples money and not providing real support.
ALL THE TIME FAKE TEMPLATES ANSWER.
where is real update. Since 6 month do we have any single one real update from epayments. No.
They are working for money laundering.
I am gonna report in UK gob, FBI and interpol for more invetigation about them.

Fca caught them red handed.
they were involved in money lundring and FCA FCA suspended their service .
They are gone and hiding their faces
this is not Acceptable for us but unfortunately we have to accept that Epayments has done Scam.
Since 5 month there is no any update .
There is no real office .No real phone or email.
Please My advice to all stay compnies which owning by RYMANOV Mikhail.

ePayments was working fine until Feb 11 FCA ( UK regulator) made the decision to freeze all ePayments funds and block cards.
I'm a frustrated client. Their customer support is very poor. they are not providing us with any issue resolution time and get my money back from them.

all transactions went wel, until this year came the problems' i hope they can solve the problem and for the company to serve their clients again. I saw they made a post on their blog this june. So i hope all things will be back good and better. I understand the people that are mad, some say very harsh words because they cant get their money;(

Ça fait des mois que plus personne n'a accès à son compte. Leur seule réponse : "À la suite d'un examen par la Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA') des systèmes et contrôles anti-blanchiment d'ePayments Systems Limited ('ePayments'), un certain nombre de faiblesses ont été identifiées qui nécessitent une correction urgente pour garantir à nos clients un et plate-forme sécurisée."

Bref. Depuis des mois, ils répondent qu'ils travaillent dessus. Pendant tout ce temps, impossible de faire des virements et d'utiliser sa carte.

HEUREUSEMENT que je n'utilise epayments que pour des achats en ligne. Je ne perds que 50€... Mais ceux qui utilisaient la plateforme comme compte courant, bonjour la mauvaise surprise !

J'attends, de toute façon je ne peux faire que ça.. mais ça sent l'arnaque à plein nez !

Здравствуйте, кто-нибудь обращался с жалобой к финансовому омбудсмену? Каждый месяц от тех поддержки получал стандартные ответы, ждите и т.д.и т.п., на днях получил уже новый ответ от тех поддержки, суть такова, что либо ждите дальше, либо обратитесь к омбудсмену

Epayments- SCAM! FCA- SCAM, Now England banking associated with scam country

Used to be one of the best in the business.

Now after they froze accounts back in February I have lost any trust I used to have and I have zero left.

Since epayments decided to freeze accounts we have had basically no communication at all, information they have shared is the same what they have been having since the beginning. Last time they bother to copy paste that same "update" was already one and a half months ago so it seems they don't even bother anymore.

Customer service sends you a copy paste messages no matter what you try to ask them. They do also lie and give you misleading information which I can prove.

I very much doubt we are ever going to see anything from the frozen funds. The way they have dealt with this (no information shared at all, 100% silence hiding behind some recommendation which gave them permission to freeze and steal funds) tells me they are going to take the monies and run with them.

Shame, I'll be losing money myself as well in this scam.

До блокировки была довольна программой. Быстрый вывод средств и терпимая комиссия. Но после 11 февраля 2020 года я разочарована. На счету остались Деньги и когда я их выведу и выведу ли вообще - большой вопрос. Изначально было указано, что это проблема нескольких дней, но прошло уже 4 месяца. Техподдержка пишет «мы делаем все возможное». Надеюсь, что скоро все разрешится и все пострадавшие клиенты получат свои деньги.

I am seriously concerned that E Payments who blocked access to our funds 4 months ago are just Scammers.

They simply will not communicate with anything other than word processed meaningless statements.

Если была бы возможность поставить 0 или минус , я бы поставил .
Вы не заслуживаете даже на одну звезду .
Тысячи обманутых людей которые честно зарабатывали свои деньги .
Вы украли не просто деньги...вы украли время которое они отдали для того что бы их заработать , вы украли часть их жизни .

It's very simple, 4 months ago they practically BLOCKED all clients' accounts and STOLE their money. Period.

Blocked access to the card forever == Stole all the money from the wallet

worst service ever. They blocked my acc 4 months ago. still no access to my money. not even sure if can get that back. piece of sh**.

Мало того, что средства заблокировали в феврале 2020 года, так теперь просто чтобы войти в кабинет, обязательно нужен смартфон, которого у меня нет. Фактически украли мои средства, а я теперь даже нормально оформить запросы в поддержку не могу. Т.е. в любой момент могут изменить опять правила, и вы лишитесь всех своих средств, потому что даже войти не сможете в аккаунт, не говоря уже о финансовых операциях.
